Well my three companions enjoyed their meal from the menu del dia. I had Peking duck and was disappointed. The helping was near lavish. The meat however was a bit overcooked and the pancakes surprising. They were not Chinese pancakes, but flabby, doughy things and cold as well. The sauce which should have been Hoisin was I think a soy concoction. It was a meal - but very far from Peking duck in any recognisably classic form. The staff are lovely. I also had fried noodles and they were good. I wish them well but for more expensive dishes a little more attention to detail...

Two beers, two starters, three mains and rice €25. One other thing was odd. The restaurante seemed to be part child care centre, two of the three waitresses had babes in pushchairs and walked around carrying their offspring when not serving tables.
