Tengo 59 años y soy cliente de Casa Salvador desde que era niño e iba con mis padres. Aprecio y estimo este tipo de negocios familiares con estirpe, historia y buen hacer en los fogones y como "les quiero y respeto" quiero transmitirles mis recomendaciones para mejorar.... Comí allí el 27.02.25, Mesa: M13, Orden: 3092, Camarero: Nuria, 2 Comensales que sin vinos pagamos 100,10 €. El servicio, gestión, ambiente, compañía, decoración del local son extraordinarios, pero la preparación del "bacallau" ha sufrido un cambio importante y precisa mejorarse. Otro aspecto de mejora sería moderar los precios, actualmente son "altísimos, excesivos, prohibitivos", llegando a dificultar o impedir seguir siendo clientes, y me duele..... Os recomiendo, con carió, corazón y el máximo respeto, estas dos mejoras o valores añadidos que os permitan continuar en la senda del éxito que habéis heredado de generaciones...
