The experience was some of the worst I have experienced in a restaurant in galicia.
When we arrived for our reservation it wasn't noted by the waitress when we arrived. This was not a big problem for us as we were told a table would be cleaned and be ready for us. Unfortunately, the waitress forgot about us, and we had to approach her to remind her again about getting a table. When we were eventually served (50 minutes after our reservation time). We subsequently ordered the octopus and pawns (€32 and was meant to be for two people), and the steak (€21).... when the food came out, the steak was actually cold in the inside, and when I pointed this out, the steak was cooked a bit more. It is worth nothing that after I pointed out that my steak was cold in the middle and after it came out cooked again, I wasn't asked ONCE if the steak was properly cooked. In fact not one member of staff asked how our food was... as for the octopus and prawns.... this was a real disappointment: This came in a small plate and had a terrible taste and texture.
Overall, I would advise that you avoid the restaurant it is terrible. I felt that I was exploited the whole time with high prices, terrible service, and the worst food I have...

As for the octopus and prawns, this was a real disappointment: Ourense is known for its octopus and this one was very chewy. Also the bread we got on the side and we were charged for, didn't look or tasted fresh.
