Burger King — Restaurant in Albacete

Probably the worst Burger King I have ever been in.

I only wanted a coffee whilst on a long drive. I ordered a café latte (very limited choice) and went to the bathroom.

The bathroom had a sign up saying it might have a wet floor after cleaning. I'd be surprised if it had been "cleaned" in years. The floor was filthy and it smelled terrible. One of the 2 cubicles had no toilet seat and neither of them had any toilet paper. This was about 11:30 on a Tuesday morning. Luckily I realised the lack of toilet paper and took in some hand drying paper with me. This was brown (presumably recycled) and was hard and crispy. It reminded me of Izal toiletpaper that we used to have in UK schools in the 60s (anyone my age and from the UK will know what I'm talking about).

I went back to get my coffee but despite there only being one other customer inside, my coffee had not even been started and the announcement board was not turned on so I didn't know how long it would be (although the coffee machine was within my view).

Eventually I was handed my Café Latte and I went back to my car. I took one mouthful - it was cold. Not fridge cold - just not hot. I ended up throwing it away as I hate lukewarm coffee with milk and I didn't have time to go back inside to either complain or look for a microwave.

All in all...sadly, not a...

I stopped here last November and it was a pleasant experienced. However, I stopped here again today and it was TERRIBLE. It was a nice day so I wanted to sit outside, but the tables and the seats are covered in bird poo. The area around the seating area are covered in bird poo. So I had to sit inside. However, inside the restaurant, it's full of flies. It was really unpleasant when you try to eat but there are flies landing on your food all the time. Not forget to mention the toilet. IT WAS HORRENDOUS!!!!! It was mega smelly. I don't think this place has been clean since the day it opened.

On the positive note, in terms of Burger King, the service was fast. In most Burger King, you have to wait forever.

In conclusion, usually the cleanliness of the toilet indicate how clean the restaurant is. So, I have zero faith in the cleanliness of this kitchen. I would not recommend anyone to stop here and I won't be coming back here again,...

Un Reino de Pesadilla, en mi fastfood favorito.

En la oscuridad de la noche, cuando el hambre aprieta y la desesperación se adueña de ti, este Burger King se alza como una luz brillante, un faro, en un mundo en tinieblas. No había otra opción, era el único refugio en medio del caos. Tres empleadas, como guardianas en su reino, nos recibieron con sonrisas encantadoras y promesas de satisfacción. Pero aquí termina cualquier destello de esperanza.

El aire viciado del local, impregnado con un aroma nauseabundo, te atrapa al ingresar. El zumbido constante de las moscas en ese criadero infernal crea una sinfonía perturbadora que anula cualquier intento de disfrutar de tu comida. Es una batalla entre el hambre y las molestas criaturas, donde siempre salen victoriosas las moscas, saciando su apetito voraz con los comensales desprevenidos.

La terraza, supuesta salvación del horror interior, es una ilusión engañosa. Las mesas, abandonadas y descuidadas, están cubiertas de suciedad y residuos de anteriores infortunados que se atrevieron a enfrentarse a esta pesadilla gastronómica. La falta de higiene y mantenimiento es evidente, como un grito silencioso que revela la negligencia reinante en este reino decadente.

Pero lo más escalofriante de todo es la alarmante ausencia de personal. Uno espera que en un lugar de tal magnitud exista un equipo competente y numeroso, dispuesto a hacer frente a la demanda y a mantener la calidad del servicio. Sin embargo, aquí la realidad es cruel. Las tres empleadas, aunque encantadoras en su trato, se debaten entre la multitud de clientes, intentando mantener la cordura en un caos desesperanzador.

En conclusión, este Burger King se revela como una pesadilla encarnada. Es un lugar donde las moscas son las dueñas y los clientes son meras presas. La falta de higiene, la suciedad y la falta de personal son ingredientes letales que hacen de esta experiencia la peor que he tenido jamás. Si alguna vez te encuentras en las garras de este Reino del Horror, huye y busca refugio en otro lugar, donde puedas disfrutar de tu comida sin temor a ser devorado por la pesadilla que es...
