Wow. We were the first to be seated and were a little nervous as didn’t know how the atmosphere would pan out for the evening. We were amazed to find that half an hour later the restaurant was buzzing and had almost every table full. We were staying at the campsite nearby and were looking for a spot for dinner. Despite me and my partner neither speaking spanish we felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. We indulged in what turned out to be a 8 course meal and with paying €30 each it was one of our favourite meals out this trip. Si quieres comer y disfrutar de la comida este es tú restaurante. El trato especial por parte de Javier (el dueño) y de todo su equipo. La cocina especial, muy casera y con diferencia. El trato del personal, espectacular, desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos. Y los precios... Me hace gracia, vas al McDonald's y te dan una hamburguesa con patatas de lux y una cerveza y te cobran 10 €. Y te piensas que es económico y que has comido bien. Comer bien aquí, esgarraet, cochina valenciana, chipirones, queso frito con mermelada (que está de vicio). Y un solomillo compartido (buena ración para los cuatro, las patatas no eran de luxe, eran de Horta de Valencia).Una botella de vino tinto de la tierra, unos refrescos, cervezas y para terminar un cremaet. 21€. We had dinner though our Spanish is poor Javier could not be more helpful. So we agreed that he just brought food! So croquettes followed by roasted goats cheese and squid in fed wine sauce finally the most delicious steak we have tasted on this trip over 10 months appears. Great company good fun...
