We had lunch at La Garduña and it was a truly wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety and beautifully presented dishes. We shared several plates as a group, and everything was full of flavor. The garden setting is stunning — a peaceful and charming place to enjoy a midday meal. They offer gluten-free options, which was great, though they didn’t have gluten-free bread. Still, the quality of the food more than made up for it. For those who do eat gluten, they serve some delicious bread variations. One of the highlights was the ceviche — incredibly fresh and flavorful, almost a must-try. This restaurant is a must when in the Buñol and Alborache area! The location of the restaurant is in a beautifully calm spot in the countryside next to the river. Llegamos a este restaurante guiados por las buenas reseñas y por el entorno en el que se encuentra, para probarlo y realizar posteriormente allí el bautizo de nuestro hijo. Al llegar nos atendió una camarera muy amable (desconozco su nombre) y nos dijo que hablásemos con la responsable, q en ese momento hablaba distendidamente con una pareja que tomaba algo. Por no molestarla dimos una vuelta y al volver, vino de nuevo la camarera con una tarjeta y nos dijo q ahora la responsable estaba muy ocupada y q la llamase por teléfono ( la responsable seguía hablando distendidamente y no había NI UNA SOLA MESA OCUPADA TODAVIA, ya que eran las 20.30h y no había llegado ningún comensal). Se ve que no había ningún interés en que realizáramos allí ninguna celebración, pero bastaba con decirlo. Yo no pedía q se pasase toda la noche hablando conmigo, pero por lo menos 1 minuto de tu tiempo para darnos tu tarjeta y presentarte para ya luego hablar por teléfono, creo que es lo mínimo...
