Unfortunately I will have change this review after s second visit to this restaurant. This is what I wrote after the first visit: "Very nice place, as good as indian food as you can get in Axarquia. The decoration is nice, and the outside space really good. The personel was trying their best and were really attending. Taste of the food was fresh. Worth a visit definitely." The second time was not a good experience. The food was still tasty and the terrace was nice. The waiter greeted us very friendly, but his attitude changes after our order. Too little he said. His smiles stopped there . The bill for 2 persons was 26 €. He received cash 40€, took it to the cashier, and brought back 4 € only. After our complaint he gave 10€ with wooden face no apologies. Even after our modest eating and drinking there I can't find this acceptable. Clearly the cash and bill were seen by 2 persons, hard to think they both would make a mistake. The waiter didn't say that either. So we took it as a message don't come again. We won't. So be sure to eat and drink a lot, and bring enough...

Dissatisfied would be an understatement with regard my meal from Indian palace. Unfortunately the chef here lacks even the most basic knowledge of Indian cooking and this coupled with cost cutting ingredients means I’d not advise eating here.

Chicken tikka masala was not prepared with chicken tikka nor was the masala sauce even close to acceptable, just a bright orange mess with some rubber chicken in it.

Lamb tikka was not even lamb and the mystery meat involved not even prepared correctly.

Frozen naans etc etc etc, you get the picture. An absolute disgrace and total...

First time back in quite a while. Although very busy, the staff were very attentive and all hd a smile on their faces. The food, well what can we say, puppadums light and crispy, not a drop of oil in site...chutney tray fresh, delicious. Prawn Puri Puri, the most delicious sauce we have ever had. Good size portions chicken dansak, chicken vindaloo ( needed a bit more spice/heat for sons taste, but full of flavour ) and veg biryani...all good portions, fresh tasting, full of flavour. We left full, content and will be back ....5 star review from us. Well done to you...

We love this restaurant, we would eat here every week if we could. The food is delicious and authentic, the service is attentive, and we are treated like family. We have a mixed family, in race, in age, in diet. The menu has great options for vegetarians and vegans, also for young children and those who are less adventurous with their culinary choices. Couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you Lupe, Sabi and her team 👌

Easily the best Indian I have tried between Malaga and Nerja. The appetizers and main dishes are authentic Indian and the chef will oblige with requests for hotter or milder levels. The restaurant is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are very polite. Prices are low. Well worth driving inland to experience this lovely restaurant.
