Middle size village, seems like to be one of the only a few restaurants there. On our way to valencia, we read a few comments and decide to eat there since it's lunch time in Spain. There are terrace so if you carry pets it would be convenient. On a festival day there's still menu set for 12€. First dish to choose among salad, homemade lasaña, cocido soup.. segund dish among chicken, lomo dressed with Roquefort cheese or merluza fish. If you arrive late, maybe some hot dishes or dessert such as solomillo de ternera or cheesecake would be sold out. Just imagine my bf's face when he saw the last cheesecake was served on another table..I chose in the end two dishes that I had never tried before which are madejas (fried lamb guts) and stuffed potato that is considered to be typical Aragon dish. Quite like the first dish, strong flavor of garlic and olive oil, with a pleasant crunchy texture. Perfect match with French bread. When it comes to the second dish, potato is not one of my favourite but the creamy smooth taste is not that bad either. We chose the mouse in the end, it's real a big glass and absolute homemade one, just delicious. In total 26€ quite fair and good experience...
