The service was good. Very attentive and I love the old rustic decor with the grill inside but omg, the food! It was practically inedible. We should have asked for the menu del día. The guy was like you want the Carta? Without telling us about the menu del día. It wasn't until after that we saw the menu del día on a chalkboard over where the bar was. I took off one star for atmosphere because the bathroom was gross and one star for service because they should have told us the menu del día. Also, it was so obvious we were tourists and they spoke English so why try to force us to speak Spanish?

We got two different sausages and the peppers and also the secreto. We felt like we needed some starch and the only thing they had were French fries. The waiter let us order fries when the secreto pork came with fries. The sausage was so oily and raw!! I took one bite and told my daughter not to eat it. The secreto was just ok. I've had much better at other places. The fries were so gross a heaping of limp, greasy mess. The peppers were also very oily and had a weird after taste. I think it was all the oil they used. It was either old or not heated to the correct temperature. We didn't finish anything. Everything except the secreto went into the garbage. I also got a very bad stomach ache and almost didn't make it to the bathroom on time because of the long drive I had back to my hotel in Palma. We skipped on dessert too, even though I was going to get the famous almost cake...

Buenas tardes al contrario de algunas personas yo tengo que decir que no quede satisfecha del servicio y voy a explicar por que. LLegamos mi chico y yo y nos sentamos en una mesa.Tardaron bastante en atendernos y no habia mucha gente en el restaurante. Una vez nos atienden pedimos la bebida y para empezar no me trajeron lo que yo quise sino lo que al camarero le parecio que tenia que tomar(pedi una sandy pequeña y me dijo que la tenia que tomar grande..no se..) Despues preguntamos que tenian para cenar y el camarero nos saco una bandeja de carne y tambien nos dijo que tenia salmon y sepia a la plancha.No nos dio opcion a carta .Mi chico eligio un entrecot de la bandeja y despues le trajeron otra pieza que no era la que el habia elegido ademas de que no tenia buen sabor.A mi me trajeron el salmón a la plancha muy seco por cierto y con tumbet nadando en aceite! LLego el momento del postre y el camarero sin darnos opcion de elegir postre nos dice(para nosotros fue una imposicion al igual que la bebida) que nos va a traer un soufle (porque al camarero le apetece)para compartir,yo pensaba que nos invitaba al postre..vamos nos dio esa sensacion por como ocurrieron los hechos y no nos lo pudimos comer de lo malo que estaba eso!Con todo el respeto del mundo..no habia comido un postre tan malo en mi vida. y llego la hora de pedir la cuenta y sin saber lo que nos iba a costar la cenita ..por supuesto el postre nos lo cobro! En fin esta es mi experiencia junto con mi chico y no nos dio ganas de volver.El sitio muy bonito pero con eso no es suficiente para quedar satisfechos. un saludo

No es casualidad? Parece ser que no hemos sido los únicos que no pudimos elegir carta y a los que se nos impuso lo que ellos querían. Adjunto un copia pega de un comentario de otro usuario de hace 2 semanas al igual que nosotros.

Lamentable. Un camarero que parecía simpático nos tomó el pelo de mala manera trayéndonos jaras de cervezas, pan con ailoli y chorizos sin que le pidiéramos nada de eso...nos nos trajo ninguna carta ni pizarra con el menú ni nada nos obligó a escoger trozos enormes de carne presentados en un plato de cocina...ni siquiera pude escoger un plato de ensaladas a mi gusto en cambio me trajo una parrillada de verdura malísima...en fin, un desastre. Lo peor fue cuando nos trajeron la cuenta... Dudo que sucedió de casualidad...pero nos cobraron 80 euracos cobrandonos platos demás ...nos reímos mi marido y yo de la tomadura de pelo. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The curly-haired woman working there was incredibly rude to us. She refused to speak English even though she clearly understood it, and forced us to speak Spanish, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.

We waited over an hour for the food, and it was completely disappointing, the bread was stale and clearly reheated. Not fresh at all.

To make things worse, I had to ask for the bill twice and even then it took them another 30 minutes to bring it. That’s just disrespectful.

I understand that places can be short-staffed, but that doesn’t justify bad service and poor treatment. I always treat staff with respect and expect the same in return, this was far from it. I left feeling unwelcome and honestly shocked by how badly we were treated. I don't...
