Rincón de Pili — Restaurant in Alicante

Hands down the worst food I ever had. They advertised several dishes including paella, but they only had two options: fish and chicken. My boyfriend had the chicken, it tasted like it had been cooked for 2h, the "sauce" was greasy and boring and the fries were drenched in it. I had the fish, it had been grilled, but was bitter with charcoal stuck to it and I managed to salvage but a few grams of fish from the bony mess on my plate. It was served with "vegetables", which were frozen and thawed, not seasoned or cooked, not even salted. At least it was cheap, but it was honestly not even worth a...

Visiting this place every time when we are in Alicante. As great as always. It is family owned restaurant well known for local people (trust locals - they know where to eat) with awsome spanish best quality homemade food. It might not look posh but food deserves a Michelin star. Ok, I maybe overreacted but we have been here many times and never left the place dissatisfied or hungry. Meal of a day (3 courses) costs...

Es un lugar muy agradable. Tanto el aparcamiento como la entrada al local son totalmente accesibles, y eso es de agradecer. El personal fue encantador. La presentación de las diferentes opciones de menú, impecable. Elegimos el menú del día por la variedad de entrantes y platos principales... Los postres también eran variados y caseros, de elaboración propia. Pudimos elegir mesa entre la terraza y el salón sin presión de sentarnos en un lugar determinado. Los tiempos de servicio entre platos fue adecuado. Tampoco sentimos esa presión que yo he experimentado en algunos lugares, que parece que te quieran despachar lo más rápido posible. Aquí pudimos disfrutar de la comida, y al mismo tiempo, de una agradable conversación, en un ambiente con aire acondicionado, que también se agradece en la época estival, y por eso, recomiendo este lugar cerca del mar como un lugar para disfrutar de una buena experiencia...
