Hotel Restaurante Lozano — Restaurant in Allande

Rarely have I instantly felt like the hospitality somewhere was directed at me, a sense of home and a refuge from the storm (deadly Martinho) like I have in this Spanish haven Lozano Hotel. The town comes here for comfortable chats, the coffee is superb...and I've discovered the Qe Caña packaged snack that's a 1970s childhood ringding times a canoli. Literally say OMG when I bite into it. Fresh sandwiches for a Euro+ called pinchos and the cafe lobby has the type of background noise that interesting rather than distracting. News on low, a video game the old men play, the loteria y apuestas del estado...and weather forecasts for those like me ready to reenter the Camino a Santiago. An oasis....

Buen Camino! We stayed and had all our meals here. Meals were great 👍 with very reasonable price. The hotel was very very helpful and resourceful. Melqui spent almost an hour to search a room for next two stops for us. Really appreciate it.

In Camino Primitivo App, no room rates posted for Pilgrims. I asked the hotel and actually there are many options for single or group pilgrims:

Room for 1: 30-35€ Room for 2: 40-50€ Room for 3: 57-66€ Room...

Haciendo el camino de Santiago reservamos una habitación triple. Mi sorpresa es que la escobilla del inodoro y el bote que la sujeta tenía caca, así como pelos en la ducha. Se lo digo al parecer al responsable y me dice que ya no hay nadie de limpieza que tendré que aguantarme, pero ese bote de escobilla llevaba más de tres meses sin limpiar. El techo del baño no solo con telas de araña, que podría tenerlas yo en mi casa, sino con tres agujeros literal. Tres. La cuerda de la persiana con un desconchon de narices la pared. Sin secador en el baño, con un sobre de champú para bañarte y una pastillita por persona, menos imposible. Le recomendaría reformar ese tipo de habitaciones que nos clavó, porque cobra lo mismo por otras que sí tiene reformadas. Nos veria cara de tontos para aprovecharse de nosotros. No volvería, ni lo recomendaría. Y tengo fotos que constatan lo que cuento. No volveré. Y si osa contestar el dueño, ya se lo dije en persona y...
