WOWWW! Muy saboroso!!! From start to finish, this restaurant was a delight -- a hidden treasure if you will. Chef Jaime really has outdone himself with a place that oozes Manchegan charm while still being fancy enough to feel like you're dining with stars. We stopped here on our way home and it was a good decision. We started with bread with garlic mayo and crushed tomato puree to start. We then had a mixed salad. Next was the mains and they were outstanding when viewed against the backdrop of Spanish cuisine. We had the roast lamb leg in almond sauce and the honey curry steak. ¡INCREÍBLE! Everything was freshly prepared and made with love. The play of the almonds and the honey curry against the meats was so well thought out. But okay, we didn't stop there (or course not). I had the flan de coco and my companion had the Spanish pudding (natillas). We were already full by that stage but couldn't resist. The desserts were homemade, and it showed and tasted heavenly! This place did not disappoint. I went here with a friend for lunch and had the daily special. It is a 3 course meal for only 13$ Euro. It includes a beverage, starter, main course, and dessert. It was more than enough food, the Hake was delicious, and there were many options for all courses of the meal. The wait staff worked together to clear the table throughout the meal, refresh drinks, and deliver food. The server was extremely kind and helpful and even spoke a little English with us. Una gran experiencia volveré todo muy muy bueno y la atención que le doy a la empresa como empresario que a los clientes que nos dejamos los billetes como yo se nos trate bien como hoy e hido a comer aposta a este bar por un tema de trabajo recomendare este bar a unos directivos que lo prueben. La atención del jefe es muy buena y la profesionalidad de los camareros muy buena de los que nos han servido los dos son muy profesionales tanto el cuñado del jefe como el chico de pelo blanco gente con mucho oficio la verdad y siendo sincero seguiré llendo a este bar no me gusta Almansa tengo amigos conocidos y familia mi madre y tal y tengo que ir pero no me gustan los pueblos la tranquilidad de la ciudad es la ciudad pero tengo una madre que atender. Recomendare todo lo que pueda a la empresa a toda la gente fuerte que me relaciono. Pero solo e visto un fallo que deberían de dejar a la compañía femenina que lo hace de una manera profesional pues servir más mesas me imagino que sea política de empresa hay que dar una oportunidad a todo el mundo y si por ejemplo esa chica pelirroja o esa chica latina muy profesionales deben de servir a todo el mundo igual hay que ser femenista y que las mujeres sirvan todas las mesas.
