Restaurant El Brezo — Restaurant in Alp

One of the worst restaurants i have ever tried!! I went on a Saturday for lunch they had a menu for 18€ which by the way expensive for the poor quality of the food. I had to wait more then 20 min and no one came to serve me. I had to go and to request someone to take my order and of course no one came, and I said no problem Maybe because it is a Saturday and it was crowded. The menu as you can see in the photo.

I took a salade and chicken for main dish.

The salad was not special at all, some ready vegetables from mercadona, no sauce no cheese no tuna nothing realy nothing not even a sauce on it, with some croquettes that were cold and seems to be cooked two days ago. From that salad I only ate the half egg.

Main dish, worser ! It was chicken with fried fries and some vegetables. The fries was so bad really bad, i don t know if it is old or fried thousand times! The chicken was acceptable at least !

The menu includes a dessert, and nothing special about their desserts, already with the bad experience for the entrance and main dish didn t even thought about taking a dessert. I took banana as a take away.

Really disappointed by this place. Sorry but they...

Trato terriblemente indignante, llegamos al bar y vimos dentro dos perritos y pasamos con el nuestro, después de 1h dentro del bar consumiendo, tanto bebida como comida, la chica nos trajo 3 vermouths más que habíamos pedido y nos dijo que nos teníamos que ir de inmediato que por qué no permiten perros en el local, le comentamos que dentro del local ya habían dos perros, que como es posible que después de 1h nos echarán de mala gana cuando ya habían visto al perro todas las veces que vinieron a mesa a atendernos, la chica nos dijo "es que el señor de los perros es de la casa" entonces le preguntamos "las reglas son distintas para perros de clientes que de la casa?" Y ella dijo: SI! La verdad nos indigno bastante está situación por qué si desde un principio que entramos nos hubieran dicho que no podíamos con el perro hubiésemos pedido todo para llevar y ningún problema por nuestra parte, lo entendemos. Después de esta situación nos levantamos a pagar, la camarera no nos dió ticket nos marcó en el datáfono 38€, cuando le dijimos que queríamos pagar por separado pero que aún así necesitábamos ticket me dijo "el sistema se está actualizando, quieres entrar a ver qué es verdad?" En fin al final yo pagué 14,20€ y mi compañero 10€, entonces, mi pregunta es de donde salieron los 38??? De los vermouths que no pudimos bebernos por qué nos echaron de manera inmediata? Por qué mis otros dos compañeros pagaron en cuanto pidieron... En fin muy mala experiencia, se podría evitar estás cosas pero lamentablemente no fue así, no recomiendo este...

La comida es buena y el lugar bien ubicado. Cuando fui había mucha gente y Todos lo que trabajaban estaban muy estresados, a raíz de esto, una joven nos arrebató el menú de las manos cuando otra acababa de dárnoslo en menos de un minuto y luego otro llegó para saber que que queríamos, hablando de mala forma y con bastante presión. Nos disgustamos mucho por esto. Luego se han disculpado pero espero que tengan en cuenta este punto, porque la verdad es que la comida es buena y el restaurante está bien.Pero no queda uno con gusto después .

En cuanto a los precios, pedimos bocadillos, los cuales tienen un buen tamaño y el precio está entre 4 € a 4,90€.

The food is good and the place well located. When I went there were a lot of people and everyone who worked there was very stressed, as a result of this, a young girl took the menu from us when another had just given it to us in less than a minute and then another came to know what we wanted, talking us in bad form and with enough pressure.

We are very upset about this. Then they have apologized but I hope they take this point into account, because the truth is that the food is good and the restaurant is fine. But there is not one happy afterwards.
