Es Racó d'es Puput — Restaurant in Andratx

I am not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was particularly terrible so I felt compelled to write a review.

First of all, we were a large group of people al hungry and eager to eat, three friends joined us unexpectedly a little later. The owner was extremely unaccommodating and refused to add an additional table for them. Which was immediately a red flag, but I do understand that at times it can be inconvenient to had to add additional people.

Anyway, the food arrived. Some people at the table ordered mussels, unfortunately they had a foul smell and the sauce was particularly bitter and had an overall unpleasant taste. So as one does we politely mentioned this to the owner who was hysterical, defensive and rude. In addition to shouting and refusing to admit that it was possible that the mussels had something wrong he proceeded to take the spoon which I was eating from and try the MUSSELS!! YES, THE SAME SPOON I ATE WITH. I dread to think what goes on behind closed doors, if this is how he acts in front of his clients.

These were just a few examples from an overall terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude both to us and his staff. I strongly advise you to avoid visiting this establishment.

My partner and I arrived and sat down, we wait for the employee who, when arriving, pulled our table without at least greeting or receiving us. An extremely unprofessional service from a totally stressed and unbalanced man.We didn't even have the opportunity to make if we want an order. A displeasure, I don't recommend it and I'd never come back.
