Lloc premiat amb estrella Michelin + 1 sol Repsol. Òbviament no decepciona. Cada detall cuidat al milímetre. Espai que conserva l'essència del restaurant original amb una barra de bar molt original però alhora amb tocs moderns. Servei de bona qualitat amb correctes explicacions del menú i bon coneixement de vins per la sommelier / cap de sala. El xef, Àlex Carrera, presenta a cada taula un dels seus plats: fet que promou la proximitat amb el local. El menjar, de disseny, d'escola i exquisit. Dues opcions: menú descoberta ( un xic més curt i econòmic) i menú emoció. Tot genial. L' única "pega" que vàrem trobar va ser el plat " flor de truita" on teòricament l' ingredient principal és la truita però el sabor del peix era totalment emmascarat per la taronja.
