Went to visit this winery after seeing the beautiful photos online - however, our visit turned quite ugly upon arrival. We visited Tuesday, 8th July during their business hours stated on their website and drove quite a distance with our family. The door had opened and a lady was standing there with a horrible scowl on her face and we explained we were there to visit the shop. I’ve been to wineries all over the world (eg California, South Africa, Australia, etc) and never been made to feel so unwelcome. Nowhere on your website does it say to call ahead to see if you’re open. The wine shop states it’s open Monday - Friday 10am-2pm. We only wished we could have stayed overnight to enjoy the exclusive and luxurious accomodation she had...
