Here you sit on a terrace under a green sky of tree canopy leaves and look out towards the naked Pyrenees and a stream slowly running past. We just happened to drive by and were lucky enough to get a table. How happy we are about that. A attentive and friendly guy - who also turned out to be the owner - met us with warmth. The food was the best we had during our two week trip in northern Spain, Barcelona and Burgos included. They handle the local ingredients with respect and trust in their inherent quality. Teníamos hora a las 15:00h, llegamos antes al lugar, nos han ofrecido comer antes (a las 13:30h, y nos a venido perfecto) Imprescindible llamar y reservar, está como al 96% de lleno, hemos aparcado en el parking para clientes justo al lado del restaurante. El trato inmejorable, el camarero que nos ha atendido un fuera de serie, rápido, listo, inteligente, muy amable y una gracia intrínseca y particular que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa con un toque de humor en su medida. La Migas estaban espectaculares, las mejores que he probado, aunque debo reconocer que no soy un experto en Migas, de segundo me he pedido el más sabroso plato que jamás nadie me ha hecho probar, costillas de cordero, plato que conozco muy bien, mi abuela lo cocinó durante años y mi madre lo sigue haciendo, pero viviendo en Catalunya la carne de cordero no está tan rica como está en Aragón, criados al aire libre caminando y comiendo hierba fresca del Valle de Ansó, y así comenzó un intenso placer de sabor supremo para mi paladar que hasta "radiendo" (comiendo la costilla hasta el hueso, tradición de mi abuela que yo sigo) he podido degustar este manjar... Haciendo hincapié en la benevolencia del lugar debido a problemas de telefonía el responsable de Borda Chiquín me ha ofrecido debido a necesidad de urgencia el uso de su teléfono fijo. No tengo más de verdad que dar la gracias a un servicio, un manjar y una ubicación más que idílicos...

Place is in the middle of the mountains an hour out of Jaca so you have to know it to go there, you're not going to "accidentally" pass by.
