Restaurante Chino Pekín — Restaurant in Arenas de San Pedro

In my humble opinion, the best restaurant in the area. Friendly, smiling faces, great service, and incredible food. We live in Spain (the south) and were vacationing in the region. I ribbed my boyfriend for wanting Chinese when we should be trying the food from the region. I was wrong!!! It was the best meal that we’ve had in central Spain. You get all the great and fresh ingredients, but with a ton of flavor and even some spice (if you ask for it). We got the lemon chicken, orange duck, spring rolls, gyozas and finished with a huge plate of vegetables (if you know you, know, sometimes veggies are hard to find in the region). I can’t overstate how good this meal was and how kind the owners were. Definitely eat here if you get the chance. You’d think I was getting paid for this review but I’m not. The experience was just that...

They open at 8 pm but weren't ready for us until 8.30 pm so we had a drink at the pub over the road.We ordered 4 different dishes with the intention of sharing but unfortunately they brought them out one by one , so we found ourselves eating rice on its own and then eating dishes on their own that would have been better with rice and a sauce.I found it a strange method of serving? If I went back I would stipulate that I want everything to come at the same time. It was all lovely and we ate it all but it could have been a better dining experience.Having said that,...this is the only Chinese restaurant for...

Un restaurante Chino como creo que debería ser, buena comida, calidadad del producto y calidad humana del personal. Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue la simpatía y cercanía del personal que trabaja en este restaurante, desconozco si son las propietarias del negocio o no, en cualquier caso el trato fue excelente. Siempre que como en este tipo de restaurante tengo mi propio test de calidad, siempre empiezo con un rollito de primavera, si es de calidad, y me gusta, ya se que estoy en el sitio perfecto, cosa que confirmo en este momento, estaba muy bueno y por fin pude ver carne en el interior del mismo, algo que ya se ve en desuso y de ahí la escasa calidad que últimamente se observa en restaurantes de este tipo de comida. Como segundo una ternera en salsa de ostras, algo simple pero si el producto es de calidad como lo era estaba para mojar pan, en definitiva un sitio muy recomendable porque reúne las mejores condiciones que puedes encontrar para pasar un buen rato, ah!! se me olvidaba, el precio al nivel de la comida, muy bueno. Repetiré seguro y probaré mas cosas...
