Had the most delightful experience stopping in this cafe for some toast and ice tea. The owner was super friendly and the place has a beautifully cute rustic charm with lots of quirky details like an old piano turned into table, a wall full of customer quotes and lovely handmade crafts along with delicious local vegan goods. I came late morning so missed the crowds and got to enjoy a quiet moment absorbing the cosy environment. I dont read Spanish so the owner just asked me a couple of questions and made a delicious cheese toastie to suit my taste. The owner moved here 10 years ago from Madrid for a change of pace and loves a chat and to connect with real people and real stories. Thank you for a...

Peregrino paradise, a wonderful sight during a drizzly day of walking. I went there for breakfast and the house specialty huevos de Tato (with Arzua cheese) was listed as for lunch on the menu, but the owner offered to make them for me as I needed some protein. Yummy food and freshly squeezed orange juice! The toilet was very clean and...

The boss is very nice and cheerful, a big difference from the attitude of the average cafe in Galicia. The Galicia coffee is nice but not outstanding. I didn’t eat any food since I’m full already so can’t comment. I would say the main gooodness of this place is the vibe, a positive and happy one. Great decor too. A good...

Locally produced cakes, pastries, and cheeses. Self-made kambucha, and lemonade. We had goat cheese toast served warm, sprinkled with vegan chorizo sausage made with squash and drizzled with fresh strawberry vinegar. This was an outstanding treat. (Also beautifully designed tea shirts.)
