We have driven past this place many times but gave never eaten there before. We went for my friend's birthday and we had a lovely dinner. There wasn't an extensive menu, which is usual for this part of Spain, but it was different enough to be interesting. We were offered coffee in the lounge which had a lovely big fireplace and was quite cosy. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer as it would be nice to sit outside.

Una experiencia Sensacional. El hotel está ubicado al lado del rio Matarraña a la entrada de Beceite en plena naturaleza, en una antigua fábrica de papel que conserva la arquitectura original, con un sistema de climatización aprovechando el manantial (Font) que pasa por debajo del Hotel y que nutre también la piscina, que te invita a descansar. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. La atención del personal ha sido excelente. Estuvimos tres noches alojados, lo que nos permitió dedicar las mañanas a realizar las rutas de la Pasarelas del Parrizal (Rio Matarraña) y las Pozas naturales de La Pesquera (Río Ulldemó), aunque dejamos para la próxima visita el Embalse de Pena (Río Pena), La tarde se puede aprovechar para visitar algunos de los pueblos que están cerca, como Valderrobles, o dedicarlo a la lectura en la sala de estar con vistas al jardín y al río. Comimos en el restaurante del hotel dos veces, menú increíble con un entrante, principal y postre a elegir, os dejamos algunas fotos, que podría obtener una mención Michelín en cualquier momento por la calidad del producto, la forma de elaboración y la presentación. Un lugar Excelente para descansar, realizar rutas en plena naturaleza y disfrutar de la gastronomía del Matarraña.

Fuimos por error a parar a este restaurante. Es un lugar agradable,con música ambiental y una terraza para poder tomar los cafés. El menú cuesta 29 euros y entra agua, otro tipo de bebida debes pagarla a parte.Aunque es un menú que considero de precio elevado para ser intersemanal tengo que decir que estaba todo delicioso.Pedimos el hojaldre de foie y pato y el arroz con setas que es un risotto,de primero. De segundos pedimos el ternasco y la panceta. Lo único que no me gustó de la panceta es la salsa de fresa y que estaba impregnada en mutabal, quizás sería más acertado ponerlo a parte. El postre fue tiramisú,que para nuestro gusto el bizcocho no estaba suficiente impregnado.La torrija estaba buena,pero también le faltaba un poco de esponjosidad. En general recomendable.

We booked a double superior room specifically because on their website it mentions the size of the beds and the superior rooms have a bed width of 1,80 m. Imagine our disappointment that apparently there is 1 superior room that has a smaller bed (Algaret) in which we ended up. |The hotel building is an old paper mill which was renovated in the 90's. This is nicely done but it shows that the renovations are indeed 25 years old. In other words: the pictures on the website are very flattering. |Of course I can only speak for our room (Algaret) so maybe other rooms have indeed had a touch up more recently.|The mattress however is comfortable and the room spacious.|The location is beautiful with a lovely garden and swimming pool.|Breakfast was basic to poor.|All in all the price is too high for what...

We were 14 family members who had booked a three day stay at Hotel Font del Pas to celebrate a birthday. It was a super good decision. Our stay was a delight in every way. Very nice and comfortable rooms, excellent food, a beautiful garden and a nice terrace. Everything clean and well kept with wonderful flowers all around the hotel. The kind and caring hospitality we experienced from everyone in staff was amazing. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with good food and excellent wines on the menu you can hardly choose a better place.
