Very nice restaurant, I can say that they served the best beef fillet I have ever eaten - perfect! (And I live in France, so that was a surprise to find the best in Spain!). Lors de notre charmant périple en Espagne, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver ce petit restaurant loger dans un écrin de nature. Le bruit de la rivière en contrebas egayant la sérénité du lieu. Au delà du cadre verdoyant et bucolique, le service et l'amabilité du serveur furent exemplaire. Malgré notre fiable connaissance de la langue locale, nous avons su converser avec lui en anglais. La sangria était vraiment excellente, à la fois fraîche et fruité le combo gagnant en cette saison chaude. En entrée les gambas ainsi que les croquettes de jambon furent très appréciable. En repas, la paella mixte étais vraiment exquis, la meilleur que je n'ai jamais manger de ma vie, très sincèrement. Les quantité était juste parfaite, ni trop peu ni en excès et généreusement garnie. En dessert je peux vous conseiller un hojaldre, une délicieuse sorte de patte feuilleté avec une crème et arrosée de chocolat ; Un bel équilibre entre la gourmandise et le raisonnable.
