Oh my word! Casa Naturaleza is a stunning oasis amidst an arrid, mountainous area, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. As you approach the building, you’re greeted with beautiful, bright shrubs spilling over the boundary wall and, upon entering the garden, your senses go into overdrive! The owners have created a little slice of heaven in a beautifully landscaped and tranquil garden, enriched with an abundance of tropical plants, and the sounds of running water and natural birdsong. There is a large, central pond filled with an array of goldfish and pretty, bright dragonflies provide further interest.
We received a very cordial welcome on arrival by our friendly and knowledgeable server, Ahmed, who recommended a lovely shaded and draught-free area in which to sit abd enjoy the surroundings. We were very pleased with our choices of the king prawn starter followed by grilled fish and braised goat mains which we shared. The food was excellent…and plentiful!
So, if you are looking for an idyllic place to stop, rest and eat on your route from Pájara to Betancuria (just off the scenic FV-30 road), I cannot recommend this...
Read moreThis place was on our list since it looked so authentic guachinche and it had great reviews. When we asked the waitress what it was for she said it’s the price for the table. However, we explained that no one informed us that there was a price to have a table and she corrected the bill Nonetheless, these three things left a bitter feeling even though the food was OK. Absolutely overpriced and a...

Delicious food and probably the most relaxing/calm restaurant I’ve been to.
We were stunned as we walked up the stairs here, you are greeted with a small pond surrounded by greenery, wooden pavilions and stone buildings, its magical and really sets itself apart from the other restaurants on the island!
We were unfortunately in a hurry and couldn’t stay for to long, otherwise we would’ve easily spent the rest of the day at this absolute gem!
The food was also striking, tasty and plentiful with a good selection of different dishes and beverages.
I’m without a doubt coming back next time I visit...
