Burger King — Restaurant in Blanes

Absolutely awful service! Do avoid the Burger King fast food restaurant at Blanes/Costa Brava if you can! I arrived with my family to have dinner. First the order point didn't print a receipt and when informing the staff abiut it, no one could be bothered to refill the paper. Good job we remembered the order number. After a record 30 minute wait our order number had simply disappeared from the screen. When we asked about our order, we were told that they had not prepared it and they had to trace our order in their system. They then served other customers before us and were very slow in preparing our order, which -to top it all- was then incomplete. No apology was offered. The place was practically empty but obviously understaffed (only three guys could be seen behind the counter during the more than an hour we were there). The floors were filthy. In over 35 years I never experienced such an awful service at a fast food restaurant anywhere in the world. Burger King Spain have a problem, which I hope for them is...

I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant as in the restaurant of the Burger King in Blanes. An employee gave us the wrong order. We indicated that this was not correct and the employee took the order back together with the sign with our order number on it. After a long wait an employee came with the manager irritated to ask us if the order was ours. I showed the receipt with our order on it. The manager reacted irritated that it was our fault that she walked around with the order for so long. I explained that her own colleague had taken it away and that she should say something to him and not to me. She walked away very irritated and emphasized that it was our fault. I found this so rude that I returned the order to the counter and that I do not wish to be treated so badly and wanted my money back immediately. I advise everyone never to eat here, what a bad and disorganized...

The service is awful! They need to change it. Nobody speaks english ! Not even the manager. What a pitty because there are a lot of tourists in this area and the food is good. There were a lot of poeple there so we decided to go to the order desk, we had to wait like 15 minutes to get there because only one of them was working plus, we took two menus and we waited more than 20 minutes to get the food. They only started to prepare our order when I went back to the countner and started to tell them to hurry.. There were some people right next to us that had ordered two ice creams and waited like 15 mins to get their order??? Like, isn't supposed to be a fast food? Never gonna come back again.
