We started with a fantastic tomato salad, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. For our main courses, we indulged in the beef cheeks and Shepherd's bread crumbs, both of which were absolutely phenomenal. The beef cheeks were incredibly tender and rich, while the Shepherd's bread crumbs offered a delicious and unique texture. Our children, often the toughest critics, declared their burgers to be the best they had ever tasted. It was evident that all the food was homemade and of the highest quality, and all locally produced, a testament to the care and passion of the kitchen. To top it all off, their local cider was excellent, perfectly complementing the meal. This wasn't just the best meal we've had in Spain so far; it easily ranks among the top three best meals I've ever tasted, anywhere.
