only good thing about this hotel s view. But u can find this view while you are camping as well. me and my boyfriend just wanted to rest in nature and go out from city!! we were so excited to go this hotel until we arrive hotel.1) roap up there s terrible. 2) when we arrived there ,receptionist was not there it took time to see , and when she showed us to room she left us in room (she said wait here if u like tell me)she had to come back because she had more clients and she was only one working in hotel!!! literally she s controling wholeee hotel that what made us suprisd! first time we saw something like this. if u r good hotel be professional and hire more people and organize! they are not shy to take over prices from people but they are stingy to hire more people to pay them. that women we saw she worked there 24 hours non stop! 3) rooms are super small even we stayed in double superior i cant imagine how double rooms. 4) air conditioner not convinent. at all. 5) there s no soap in rooms! yes suprising but there s no soap, we called reception they sent us same shower gel like joke!! 6) there is not blanket in rooms!! Bed was desinged so bad it was normal sheet they put on bed. i got cold and called reception they brought us thin small and looks old,dirty blankets that they give u in coffee places. 7) poor receptionest work 24 hours and she was also working in resturant, service was so so so bad!!! just one person .this is incridible!! 8) they have small menu for lunch and dinner same things there is not many option. 9) prices is definetely overpricing. 10) when u wanna ask for small thing ,u have stand up and go look for waiter because u never know where s this one person, could be in reception in rooms or on kithcen. horibble!!! 11) even when u ask egg they say kithcen is close there s no one to cook. so strange! 12) i have no idea how this hotel still exist with horrible management.
