Bodegas Más Que Vinos — Restaurant in Cabañas de Yepes

This is a small, beautiful winery about half an hour from Madrid. We were fans of their Ercavio wines already and decided to visit. We got an enlightening tour through the vineyards, a tour of the wine making and bottling processes and a wine tasting on the tasting deck overlooking the gorgeous Spanish highlands. Everything was very fun and relaxed, and the wine was exquisite. We felt very welcome. I really like this winery's approach and atmosphere - the three owners are very hands-on, embedded into their rural community, and have made making great wine their lives' passion - and it really shows in their products. Luckily for us, their wine is sold online as well as in our home town of Berlin, and you can find it in many good establishments in Madrid and world-wide. Highly recommend both the wines...

Highly recommended. This beautiful winery is only about an hour from Madrid, and close to the historical towns of Toledo, Aranjuez, Ocaña und Yepes. The landscape is absolutely beautiful, and we got a stunning tour of the vineyards. This was amazing! Alexandra gave us a fantastic tour (be sure to prebook to ensure you get a tour). She explained how they use equipment that is a 100+ years old. This sustainable vineyard produces excellent wine and has vines that are approximately 150 years old. Alexandra was knowledgeable, gracious, and so welcoming. 10 stars...
