We came across this place just on passing as it was only just opening up.

The staff were really beyond friendly and even though there was a slight language barrier as our Spanish isn't fluent and nor was there English... we did manage to order. The food was absolutely spot on! We ordered patatas bravas with cheese and they were maybe the best ones we have had on our trip this time! They were garlic mayo, cheese and ham sprinkles! This little tapas bar is absolutely incredible. After a long morning of swimming in Fuentes de Algar, we were looking for a spot to get some Spanish tapas and we came across this little bar.

We had no expectations, yet we immediately felt welcomed by the friendly waitstaff. Our waitress provided us her recommendations and tips for what to order. The food came quickly, and the tapas were absolutely scrumptious. This was my third time visiting Spain, and these were hands down the best patatas bravas I've ever had. En busca de un lugar para comer, y pasando por el pueblo de Callosa, vemos este bar!! Bar al parecer muy visitado por extranjeros. Si pregunto para comer para las niñas pequeñas (8/10 años) y me contestan Nuget o hamburguesa, lo que no me espero es qie le sirvan a una niña de 8 años una hamburguesa gourmet (Mezcla de Muslo y Pechuga picada, especiada y crujiente, Queso de Cabra, Bacon, Mezcla de Lechugas, Tomate, Salsa de Mostaza y Miel y Salsa Especial del Pere dentro de un tierno Pan Brioche)eso si, más de 11 € cada una. Esto es una hamburguesa para una niña pequeña? No digo que la comida estuviera mala, cierto es, pero un buen hostelero sabe identificar a los clientes, no somos los guiris que llevaba unas cuantas botellas de vino del caro, sino una familia con ganas de comer.

Hacer referencia a las croquetas!! Esa maravilla de la qie hablan algunos de Tripadvisor. Vaya ruina de verdad! Nos hemos dejado la mitad de cada croqueta y no han tendido ni la curiosidad de preguntar sino nos había gustado. Pues no!! Una ruina de croquetas, pero eso si a 2€ cada una!!!
