I would say this was the best local restaurant I have been to on the island, better than any expensive and overhyped restaurants that everybody goes to. As much as I would like to gatekeep this restaurant, I believe the people lucky enough to see this review should at least go and have lunch, because it cannot be regretted. I recommend a reservation and basic knowledge in spanish as well as patience since the place is almost always packed with locals, and the restaurant has 2 waiters at most for around 20 tables. By chance my fellow diner had agreed to have Sunday lunch with her neighbours but forgotten so in the end 8 of us turned up. Seafood soup to start followed by grilled sea bass and home made cheesecake were all excellent. This last time, I didn't realize the Thursday before Easter was a 'Fiesta' too, and the Menu was more expensive, but at 25e, for an Amazing starter of home made spring roll in batter, followed by a fantastic Entrecote with pepper sauce, dessert, wine, water and bread...you couldn't go wrong.
