Hotel Mesón Los Chopos — Restaurant in Campillos

I went on a tour with my friends and stopped to eat at this restaurant. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My chicken was RAW, and when I told the workers, they just nodded and said they did not understand. I even showed them a picture of the raw chicken in my hand while explaining the issue. The customer service was awful. There was no way they didn't understand with the visual proof I provided. They did nothing about the situation and refused to take the meal off the bill. I can't say anything great about this place, and to top it off, I feel terrible after eating the raw chicken. Avoid...

Hoy hemos visitado el pueblo de campillos ya que teníamos cita para disfrutar una experiencia de motor y decidimos parar en este hotel restaurante para almorzar ya que nos llamo la atención su exterior, (la hora punta estaba casi disuelta ya que entramos a las 15:00 y había pocas mesas ocupadas) al entrar al restaurante nadie nos atendió ni recibió, lo cual tuvimos que acercarnos y preguntar en la barra, nos dijeron que pasáramos al fondo que nos atendería un compañero, al llegar al fondo después de esperar un gran rato nadie nos atendía decidimos sentarnos en una de las mesas libres sin consultar, y ahí ya nos atendieron, pedimos platos para compartir y platos individuales, decir que a calidad cantidad y precio no le hacen justicia, ensalada realizada con conservas, croquetas sin cremosidad y el plato fuerte carne muy pasada quemada y dura, una de ellas la pedimos con salsa y la carne no absorbía nada de salsa de lo quemada que estaba, y cantidad de risa. Y para finalizar pedimos la cuenta 5 veces hasta que nos la trajeron, y no teníamos prisas por que ya lo teníamos todo hecho sólo queríamos disfrutar del domingo. I have visited this restaurant a few times. Last time was a year ago and I had lunch with my two sons. We all had chicken curry and the odd thing was that I got my plate 20 min before my kids. After this lunch I got salmonella! I was sick for a week and lost 10kg. This place is not recommended at all. The staff are rude and the food taste the way it looks....
