As soon as we stepped into this restaurant the owner or manager I’m not sure his status but the short man with glasses and white hair was very creepy towards me (a women) and my sister (who is under 18) so off to a uncomfortable start. As soon as we sat down there were flys everywhere in our drinks, our food, all around us, so the atmosphere was terrible and gross. We got our food and it was terrible. Not well prepared and definitely over priced for the quality we got. My dad got the Dover Sole fish and he finished it but once he did he noticed that there were intestines in his fish. So they obviously don’t clean and prepare it properly. That’s unsafe and disgusting. It was so bad where my dad had to leave the restaurant and throw up in the sand that was infront of the restaurant. After that occurred, my mother went to go talk to the staff about the issue very politely, he responded very condescending and misogynist and instantly defended himself instead of offering restaurant hospitality because at the end of the day we were the costumers and if we have a problem it must be fixed and addressed. He told my mother that my dad probably had too much wine. (He didn’t he barely drank) He then yelled At her saying “do you want to see me clean my fish” very sarcastically and extremely rude. After that he the proceeded to say “why didn’t you stop him from eating it” as if that is our fault that they were there in the first place! (Don’t worry it gets worse) once my older brother heard the interaction he walked over to defend my family and stood up for us (because where I’m from that attitude isn’t tolerated). The manager/owner (white haired guy with glasses) yelled at him and continued to blame us for his mistake. Pure manipulation at its finest and immaturity for a man or his age. (It gets worse) my brother and mom walked away because they realized they weren’t going to get anywhere with this dude. Once they walked away he came back to our table and got in my brothers face and got very close to the point where it was very uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. He proceeded to snap at my brother for telling him that he is in the wrong. After him being extremely misogynistic and creepy towards the women in my family and called my brother the C word (rymes with runt) you can put the dots together for that word. I genuinely thought he was going to put his hands on my brother at once point because of his attitude and actions which was scary and discomforting. (Meanwhile my dad is still throwing up in the sand dunes) he told us we still had to pay for the fish and our bill was around 190 euros. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OWNERSHIP PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANYMORE MONEY. They should be shut down immediately! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLAVE 0...

That said, food was DA BEST I had in whole Mallorca. We were lucky cuz we were there off peak hours and not too desperate for food.
If we wanted to eat quick and go back to the beach, I would be frustrated though. Cuz food took so much time, so slow…
Anyway, I never had Pulpo before, Octopus was so soft like lobsters. Flavours were just amazing. I had to look up how octopus 🐙 can be like that after the meal. Amazing.
Another best thing was Stripe Bass. I liked the presentation as well as the taste. It came covered with thick layers of salt.
When I saw it I thought it would be too salty and dry. I was wrong. It was so juicy and kept and brought up the best flavors the fish. I even tasted the sweetness.
I definitely recommend both Pulpo and Stripe Bass. Beautifully cooked. I understand this is a work of one man. It only happens when the tradition, fisherman and the chef line up perfectly.
Bravo for this restaurant with the exception of the attitude of the servers. If I was in management, I would fire those b**ches or whip their *sses/re-train them so that the customers get treated like special guests.

El dueño fue extremadamente antipático y grosero, lo que hizo que toda la experiencia fuera incómoda. El ambiente es triste y sin vida—sí, está en primera línea, pero no tiene vista al mar. Al menos podrían haber puesto algo de música o añadido un poco de encanto, pero se nota que aquí no hay ninguna pasión por lo que hacen, y eso se refleja en todo. En un negocio de hostelería, el amor por lo que haces debería ser el primer ingrediente—en este lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Extremely disappointing experience – worst burger ever!
We recently visited this restaurant, and it was an absolute disaster. The hamburger we ordered was terrible—tough, burnt on the outside, and raw on the inside. The meat was of shockingly low quality, clearly not fresh or well-prepared. For the high price we paid, the dish was a complete rip-off, especially considering the meager portion: three measly fries, two sad leaves of lettuce, and a single slice of tomato. Yes, you read that right, ONE slice!
The restaurant should be honest and tell customers that the side is purely for decoration because it was hardly enough to qualify as a real accompaniment.
The service? Even worse. The owner was extremely rude and unwelcoming, making the entire experience uncomfortable. The atmosphere is dull and lifeless—yes, the restaurant is on the front line, but there’s no sea view to enjoy. At the very least, they could have played some music or added a touch of charm, but it seems there's zero passion in this place, and it shows. For a business in the hospitality industry, you would expect some love for the craft—this place has none.
With over 2,000 reviews and a rating of just 3 stars, it’s clear we should have done our research before stepping in. It’s a shame, and I’ll never make that mistake again. Avoid this place...
