Carrillo Bar — Restaurant in Cantoria

What a lousy experience. Have been a few times in the daytime food is very good and the service is OK. Ate there on Saturday night THE WORST EVER. The 3 of us sat down at 8.00 not too busy. Took 30 mins for them to take our order. We ordered 2 salads and a beefburger. One salad arrived 30 minutes later, the second salad arrived 30 minutes after that. After another 45 minutes I went to cancel the burger only to be met by the waitress carrying the burger. The tables of Spanish people arrived after us but were served before us and all together. When I went to pay and said was not happy with the service and that the meal was spoiled by us not eating together, the owner just shrugged his shoulders and said we are busy. THAT'S WHEN THE FUN STARTED. I asked for the complaints book only to be told it wasn't available. After threatening to call the Police he produced the complaints book with as much bad grace as he could muster and was rude and obstructive whilst I was filling out. First time visiting the bar. €6.50 for a draught pint and large glass of wine for the wife. Bar owner Andreas served me. Regular confirmed he was ripping us off. Further confirmed by local bar owner that he had ripped us off because English. Won't be going back Andreas. Subject to your response the same measures described above were also the same measures at the "Sun and Moon" round the corner. €4.50 Paid extra 40cents for dry over sweet white wine. Your own regulars confirmed the prices we should have paid. So you have confirmed on Facebook a draught beer and large glass of wine(250ml which for an experienced bar owner you know that would be a third of a bottle not half) are €6.50.

I arrived here with a head full of Staples looking like a cross between Frankenstein's monster and sloth from the Goonies, it was my fault I did not know I needed to make a booking for an inside table in the shade and sadly an outside table was not suitable in my condition. I apologized and said I would book next time and went to leave, it was at this point that they're amazing service began and I cannot thank them enough, we were given seating on our own in the usually closed nightclub area indoors, the staff and management was so kind to me and I am extremely grateful, I will definitely make the effort to book...
