!!TOURIST TRAP!! I would give 0 stars if possible We got to Empuriabrava on a Saturday late evening and stopped by … unfortunately I looked just on the grade and not on the reviews as well Everything was rushed and we ended up ordering stuff that wasn’t on the menu, we went with the recommendations of the waiter , and not knowing how much it would cost (our fault ) The food was average / good but nothing extraordinary . We got an appetiser offered- some marinated fish with oil which was quite good .NK Got a shrimp carpaccio which was tasteless… they could have at least offered some lemon to season it . Then we had a paella and some mixed fish and 4 glasses of wine The service was waaaay too rushed : people took my plate to exchange it with another one. I was taking the pics of the fish plate , the paella came and the guy started serving right away without even asking what we would like to start with We ended up paying 150 euros which, unless you are completely blind to spots around , is too expensive for what you get. We had the pleasure of enjoying both lunch and dinner at this restaurant during our stay in Empuriabrava with my girlfriend and some friends. I must say, it was an incredible experience. The food was outstanding—without a doubt the best seafood I’ve ever had—top quality, all in a wonderful atmosphere.

What really impressed us and made the experience even more special was how warm and welcoming the staff were, especially Emilio, who runs the restaurant. Always ready with a smile and a joke, he personally shook hands with each of us as we left, wearing his signature smile.
