Wow, I had the pleasure of dining at a local restaurant last night, and I have to say, the food was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. To start, I ordered the calamari and the tuna , which were some of the best I've ever had. The starters were perfectly seasoned and cooked to a golden brown crisp on the outside, while the inside was moist and flavourful with large chunks of succulent meat. The accompanying remoulade sauce was a great complement, with just the right amount of tanginess to balance the rich flavor of the fish. For my main course, I opted for the ribeye steak, and it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a nice char on the outside that added a smoky flavor to the meat. The beef was incredibly tender and juicy, and the flavor was further enhanced by the chef's use of a unique seasoning blend that added a depth of flavor that I had never tasted before. To finish off the meal, I tried the French bread, and I was blown away. The cake was rich and decadent, with a molten center that oozed out onto the plate as soon as I cut into it. The dessert was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which melted into the warm heaven and created an amazing contrast of textures and flavours. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and give this place a try – you won't be disappointed! 1000% they can go for their star, next time I am back I would love to see them rewarded with a star. Modification, ajout d'octobre 2022 : Nous n'y retournerons plus : après des années de fidelité, bien avant le COVID, des années de DÉLICES...Nous en avons vu partir tout le personnel, à commencer par le maître d'hôtel EN JUIN 2021, le cuisinier au printemps 2022. Ce dimanche 23/10/22, le pâtissier devait j'imagine lui aussi être parti... Le service est toujours irréprochable, mais ne parvient plus à compenser le désastre en cuisine : vague soupe de lentille en entrée, poisson frit et gâteau décongelé en dessert... Le Noray a perdu toutes ses étoiles : le choix de privilégier la quantité au détriment de toute qualité n'est pas le nôtre, et ne correspond plus du tout au 4/5 étoiles qu'il arbore. QUEL DOMMAGE! AVANT MAI 2022 : Nous y revenons depuis des années, aussi souvent que possible. Le poisson, quel qu'il soit est toujours cuit à la perfection, les desserts succulents, avec une mention spéciale pour la déclinaison de mangue ou la soupe de chocolat blanc et fruits rouges, le service irréprochable et aux petits soins, le tout pour un prix dérisoire. Vraiment un de nos restaus préférés, fétiches...💖 Ajout de juillet 2022 : changement de cuisinier : la carte est modifiée ; avons à nouveau très bien mangé !!!

Pour 24,90€/personne, le menu, qui doit être servi pour toute la table, offre le choix entre 3 entrées, 3 plats et 3 desserts, et inclut le pain, l'eau et un verre de vin ou de bière par convive. Un amuse-bouche est en outre offert. Tout était délicieux et très bien présenté. Le pain aux graines était frais et servi chaud avec de l'huile d'olive, l'amuse-bouche, une mousse de foie gras avec compote de pommes était exquis. Les tagliatelles à la crème de truffe, et les effilochés de veau d'une tendreté remarquable, accompagnés de purée de céleri onctueuse, et les desserts, tout était délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour tenter un repas à la carte.

Habitués au succulent petit-déjeuner de cet hôtel, dont il n'est pas obligatoire d'être client pour en profiter, ainsi qu'au rooftop, nous essayions à midi pour la première fois le restaurant Noray de l'hôtel. Nous avons opté pour le menu du jour, qui est servi midi et soir du lundi au vendredi. Pour 24,90€/personne, le menu, qui doit être servi pour toute la table, offre le choix entre 3 entrées, 3 plats et 3 desserts, et inclut le pain, l'eau et un verre de vin ou de bière par convive. The service when we arrived was perfect, very attentive but not overly done. The ambiance was a welcome change from other local restaurants. The starters; chicken Caesar salad, croquettes, and anchovies were delicious. The mains were less impressive. The scallops were soggy, the entrecot was cold and undercooked and our son’s carbonara inedible (at 8 years old he told us it wasn’t real carbonara because they used cream…we tried it and he was correct). However, the service was still impeccable. At dessert, things went down hill. A table of women was sat behind us, appearing to be working and being very loud. We had to try to explain the situation to our 8 year old. A waiter that wasn’t ours was overheard (also by our 8 year old) saying ‘F@!k’ at the bar area. That was the same waiter who brought our dessert over but we sent it back when it didn’t look correct. Our other, very professional and kind, waiter brought the correct dessert. Then the rude waiter came back and became aggressive with my husband while we were mid bite saying that’s what he just tried to bring us and completely ruined the evening. It was unbelievable and unnecessary. Dessert was mediocre in flavour. After €250, we won’t be returning and mainly because of one waiter. We likely would have returned for drinks and starters.
