Burger King — Restaurant in Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro i s'Agaró

First I pull up to the burger king. When I came in I tried to order some burgers. Strangely the workers were looking at me really weird. I thought nothing about it so I finished my order and waited. Then the worker was running towards me with a mop trying to swing it at me for no reason! I tried self defense by blocking her with the tables but it wasn't really effective. Then she whooped the mop at me really hard but didn't do so much damage. Then I got really angry and then I smacked her as hard as I could in the stomach which causes her to pass out. While she passed out my order was ready but the cashier was also ready. Ready for a fight. But I was already hurt but didn't give a damn since he had a friend as well. When I tried to leave the exit was locked which they did while me and the worker were fighting. Then they tried to corner me but I gave a really hard punch to one of the guys. And then after that the guy pulled out some whoppers and started throwing at me which caused me to fall. When I fell the guy came running and jumped on me while hitting my face. Then I grabbed his keys and punched him in the face and escaped the burger king hell hole. The experience was really bad and the food wasn't worth it for the fight. EDITO Estoy intentando rellenar el formulario de la web pero es impossible, tampoco es possible contactar con vosotros por teléfono ni el otro dia durante la serie de incidentes fue possible hablar con ningún encargado.

El domingo 24/7 entre las 20h y las 21.45 fuimos al local de AV.Castell paro- Platja d’Aro, seguidamente os voy a exponer la serie de cosas que sucedió:

Primero-La mitad de las maquinas del local no funcionaban. Al pagar no salir tíquet del pedido y si lo pedías te lo daban en caja. Segundo- el local estaba casi vacio y el pedido tardo 40min en salir. Tercero-El pedido estava mal echo, pedimos 2 doble crispy chili cheese, y en medio en lugar del patty de chillychesse nos pusieron en las 2 hamburgesas otra hambuergesa de pollo (de las que no son crispy), al ir a reclamar me dicen que me equivoco y que es así. Le indico que la hemos comido anteriormente y que esta mal y proceden a ignorarme. También una de las hamburgesas tenia pegado un trozo de lechuga podrido. También en una de las bebidas pedidas era Nestea y estava agotado o no repuesto. Quarto- La ensalada estava rancia, sin tomate (nada de lo que debía llevar tomate lo llevaba), suponemos que no tenian, pero no avisaron ni indicaron nada. Quinto- LO MAS GRAVE, por todo lo sucedido quiso poner una hoja de reclamación, como me indicasteis vosotros telefónicamente y no me querian dar la hoja de reclamación (esto es ilegal), cuando finalmente me la dan es una hoja fotocopiada y borrosa (ilegal también, hay que entregar la hoja oficial con las 3 copias), pido un bolígrafo para rellenarla y no me lo quieren prestar alegando como razon el covid, pero todos cocinando y sirviendo sin guantes. Tampoco quiso salir el encargado en ningún momento, según los chicos tenía que poner la reclamación con el , pero estuve esperando media hora y no quiso salir. SEXTO- En todo momento me atendió una persona IVAN, dando muy malas respuestas, me llamaron pesada etc Entendemos que el chico tiene una disminución, pero si no sabe atender al público razonablemente tendría que salir alguien con entendimiento.

CONCLUSIÓN, pague 26eur por una cena que no nos comimos, me tomaron el pelo y me faltaron al respeto. Todo fue un despropósito, por favor tomen las medidas pertinentes ya que como pueden ver en google tienen muchísimas quejas de ese restaurante y su personal.

DO NOT GO HERE. FOOD COLD, UNFRIENDY STAFF AND DISGUSTING RESTAURANT. Didn't wanted to give the right order, instead microwaved the burgers and took off the wrong ingredients we didn't order. We said friendly that's not OK. They started to insult, screaming we needed to leave, but didn't wanted to give money back. Instead they called the police who came with 9! officers. We explained the situation, we got our money back and left peacefully. (Edit: I forgot to say they see me taking these pictures and quickly closed the restrooms with a key so I was not able to show the swimmingpool which they labeled as being a toilet.)
