I went there to buy an ice cream, there was no queue, I was literally the only client. After making the payment I kindly requested if they could pour some water in a small container for my dog. To which he promptly refused saying there are several water fountains around.. I didn't try arguing that the fountains were all empty due to water restrictions in the city, no point discussing with people with little empathy and the will to help other people. I will never return back here even though the ice creams...

Alors alors, par quoi commencer, on pourrait, dans un 1er temps parler de l’augmentation du prix des glaces, qui en plus sont loins d’être excellentes, on pourrait également parler du fait qu’une fois assis à 8 pour des coupes de glaces, le fait de demander une boule dans une coupe pour un enfant de 2 ans nous oblige à retourner à l’interieur pour faire la queue ( et oui, on ne sert que les coupes avec au minimum 2 boules madame), mais je pense que je vais un peu plus m’attarder sur la dernière scène qui nous a complètement estomaqués. Tout de suite après avoir été servi on doit payer, 60 euros de note pour 6 personnes, et là on demande simplement un petit gâteau en plus, celui qu’on met sur les glaces, pour le bébé d’un an qui nous accompagne. Il nous l’emmène gentiment et il y en a même 2. Magnifique me direz vous mais ce qui l’etait Moins, magnifique, c’est la note qui accompagnait ces 2 minuscules biscuits, une note de 10 centimes. Nous avons trouvé cela tellement mesquin, petit et totalement pas commercial que je me devais d’en parler. C’est un endroit complètement impersonnel, dénué de charme et antipathique à souhait ou le touriste n’est qu’un porte monnaie ambulant. Des lieux ou l’on Peut manger de bonnes glaces, il y en a des tonnes alors passez votre chemin. A bon...

One of the best gelato places in the area with lots of seating! Very extensive range of flavours - I tried the cheesecake and cookies flavours - soo good. The texture and consistency was perfect , can tell they use the highest quality ingredients. As good as Italian gelato.

I visited when it wasn’t busy so service was good and quick. They also have cookies and other interesting desserts to try....
