Moltissimes felicitats per l'amor amb el que cuineu. Es realment un dels millors restaurants italians (obviant cadenes rapides que no es poden considerar italians) de la provincia de Girona. Molta sort en el vostre nou projecte!

I'm a big fan of Italian food, and I've been on the lookout for a great carbonara in Platja d'Aro. I was recently recommended Italianini, and I'm so glad I gave it a try!

The restaurant is located in a small, unassuming building, but don't let that fool you. The food is anything but ordinary. The spaghetti alla carbonara was one of the best I've ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of guanciale.

I also tried the scamorza fumatta, which was also delicious. The cheese was smoky and flavorful, and it melted perfectly with dried tomato.
