We visited this restaurant and were quite disappointed with the experience. There was no WiFi available, which was already inconvenient. We were given a paper menu, and our child was quietly playing with one of the pages. Suddenly, a waiter—who seemed to be the head waiter—rudely snatched it away from our child without saying a word or offering any kind of apology. Our child was nearly in tears.
All the other staff were polite and professional, but this particular waiter stood out for the wrong reasons. He was wearing a striped shirt that day, and we saw him again the next day in a black one, which confirmed he works there regularly.
Not a pleasant experience, especially for families with young children.
We also had issues when it came time to pay. We tried to pay by card using our phone, but the transaction didn’t go through. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a physical card with us, so we had to go all the way home to get it. When we came back and tried again with the physical card, it still didn’t work.
In the end, it turned out the issue wasn’t with our card at all — it was their payment system that wasn’t working properly. We ended up going back and forth unnecessarily because of a problem on their side. Very...
Y no pienso volver.

I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by the experience I had at this restaurant. When I arrived, there was already a very long queue outside. As a person with a disability, I showed my card to the woman managing the line, and explained that it entitled me to priority access — meaning I shouldn’t have to wait in the queue. She replied coldly that it didn’t matter and that I had to wait like everyone else. Her attitude was frankly disrespectful.
So I waited patiently, saying nothing, assuming that queuing was just part of the process. After 20 minutes, I eventually figured out on my own that I was actually supposed to speak to that same woman and give her my name — which would then put me on a waiting list for a table. The issue is that none of this was indicated anywhere. There were no signs, no visible instructions. And at no point did the woman explain the process, not even when I showed her my disability card. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for nothing, simply due to a total lack of communication and organization.
It’s shocking that in 2025, people with disabilities are still treated this way. The entire organization needs serious improvement.
That being said, the food was good, and our waiter Oscar was very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. Thankfully, he brought some humanity to an otherwise unpleasant experience.
But despite that, I leave with a deep sense of discomfort. And I won’t be...
Read morePizzeria Roma is a regular for us, and we like to take visitors there. They do not take bookings, and in August, it can mean waiting for a table, but their system is good; you arrive at the restaurant, give your name, and give a rough idea of how long the table will be. It is worth the wait. Outside of August, it is much easier. The service is always friendly, efficient and helpful. The menu is varied, with great pizzas, steaks, and pasta dishes, all very good. My husband says their steaks are excellent. There are good choices for vegetarians. There is seating inside and outside. Although a busy restaurant, the dining experience is relaxed and enjoyable. Love this restaurant, and they are patient as I practice...
