No idea about the food as we couldn't eat there. We waited to get a table after being told to wait by 2 people then a 3rd appeared and say no space. Perhaps a bit better organising on behalf of who deals with reservations would make the customer service better and we wouldn't have waisted our time stood in the sun like the other 2...

This is a must-stop if you want to try excellent food at Rincón de Ademuz/Valencia at a very reasonable price. The staff and owner were very friendly and prompt in serving the food both times I ate (I wanted more). Overall, the dishes are varied and the portions are good-sized, so you can't ask for more. The desserts (homemade with local products) deserve three Michelin stars. I especially recommend their Esperiega apple flan/pudding with vanilla ice cream.

Esta es una parada obligada si quieres probar comida excelente en el Rincón de Ademuz/Valencia a un precio muy razonable. El personal y el dueño fueron muy amables y rápidos en servir la comida las dos veces que comí (quise repetir). En general, los platos muy variados y sus raciones son de buen tamaño, así que no se puede pedir más. Los postres (caseros con productos locales) merecen 3 estrellas Michelin. Recomiendo en especial su flan/pudding de manzana esperiega con helado...
