July -23: The restaurant looks very nice. It seems to be a quality place, as is reflected in the prices. However, the food seem not to be freshly prepared. I was expecting a hot meal, but was served a cold piece of pie with nothing else. I ordered a hot sandwich with bacon and cheese instead of eating the pie. It was barely warm and the cheese not really melted. The poor leafs of salad accompanying my friend’s shrimp dish were soggy and not fresh. When telling the head waiter that we were not happy with the food he was ver rude and just replied “Ok, just pay.” I asked if that was all he had to say and again the reply was “Just pay!” Looking around - which we probably should have done first - we noticed that we were the only ones eating. Everyone else were just having drinks. Also, there were quite few people on the premises… I would not recommend eating at this establishment and definitely do not expect good service! You will get twice the portion, tastier food and better service for less than half the price at...

Me gustaría empezar describiendo el lugar; es un sitio precioso, súper bien localizado con vistas únicas a la playa; la decoración es bonita y los productos que sirven en el restaurante son buenos.

Sin embargo mi experiencia allí fue de lo más desagradable. Me llamo Ángela y tengo 19 años. Hace un par de días me dirigí al restaurante a tomar un café, tal y como hice el día anterior. Pregunté si podía sentarme en las mesas del patio y el responsable me dijo de muy mala manera y despreciándome que no, que eso era para los clientes del hotel. Asentí educadamente y pregunté si podría entonces sentarme en la terraza. “Si encuentras sitio sí, pero que ya te he dicho que no te vas a sentar en el patio” me dijo gritando como si de alguna manera yo hubiera insistido. No entendí su mala contestación y así se lo dije. Le molestó que yo, una niña de 19 años, le rebatiera que no era adecuado que se dirigiera a Mí con esa mala educación ya que mis preguntas eran de lo más normal, nada fuera de lugar. Fue cuando entró en cólera y delante de todos los clientes me repetía gritando y gesticulando agresivamente que no me iba a sentar en ningún lado, que si no me enteraba, que la maleducada era yo “por mi supuesta chulería” .

Enfadada por la impotencia y la humillación que me estaba haciendo pasar el “supuesto encargado” que se limitaba a gritarme me fui. Mis padres y yo volvimos para hablar con él, pero en el estado de animal furioso en el que se encontraba el hombre nos lo negaba, amenazó a mi padre con pegarle dos hostias ( todo esto delante de toda la terraza que en ese momento se encontraba llena), pedimos una hoja de reclamación por el mal trato al cliente y amenaza y se colocó en frente de la puerta a modo de impedimento para que no pudiéramos pasar evitando así que pudiéramos poner la reclamación. Nos echó a gritos, llamándonos de todo tipo de insulto humillante que prefiero no describir aquí por respeto a los lectores.

Solo puedo decir que es una pena que un lugar tan bonito y tan bien equipado con unos camareros que por lo general son educados y amables, esté dirigido por un animal que, no solo ofrece un muy mal servicio, sino que no tiene ningún reparo en montar un numerito de circo delante de...

Wow. What a special place. I wanted to stay here as a treat on our Camino Fisterra as it’s right on the beach and the seafood looked amazing. We were not disappointed and the weather smiled in us! 22C and not a cloud in the sky. Wine in the terrace snd time on the sand and in the sea. Delicious paella tapa and later Arroz caldoso con Bogavante. Delicious. The dining room is elegant with the beautiful view across the little Sandy bay. If you get a chance to stop here - spoil yourself! Loved it and the rooms were very comfortable. It was a delight to lie with the windows open listening to the waves and watching the sun set over the sea...
