We travelled as a group of 12 and often found it hard to be accommodated in restautants. This restaurant fit us all in and provided a great service. The meal sizes were very large and we couldn’t believe how cheap the final price was, for how much we ate and drank. We were already starting to get full after the entrees. Amazing rib eye .Sure it was more than 700 grms ( supplement 8€ ) really worth it and cookedto perfection. Escargot (snail) seems so famous in the region so i had to try ( also supplement). Restaurante en Coll de Nargó (Alt Urgell), fácil de encontrar, en la carretera a Isona. El aspecto pasa desapercibido, se encuentra en frente de un CaixaBank.
El servicio fue muy correcto, nos sentamos en un comedor con mucho encanto, con unas vistas impresionantes del Alt Urgell, además hacia buen día y se apreciaba mucho mejor. La chica que nos atendió fue muy educada y correcta, siempre atenta con la mesa y si faltaba algo.
La comida, muy buena, en especial el primero, el "timbal de escalibada" (fotografía subida). El segundo fue algo más flojo, pero estaba bueno también. Algo malo es la lista de segundos, es que la mayoría van con suplemento, y las opciones se reducen muchísimo. El postre fue lo mejor, un chucho de crema asado, que estaba espectacular.
El precio del menú fue de 23 euros/pers. En otras reseñas pone que entre semana son 15€.
No repetiría expresamente, pero recomiendo probar si te encuentras...
