Great place! The food was without question the best thing about this restaurant. I have nothing but praise for everything I ate there. The service was fair. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional either, this 4 stars. There was a little snafoo bringing our 1st entree, where it seemed like they forgot one of us and by the time they finally brought her food (20 minutes after they brought my canelloni) my food was cold. Still, the canelloni was amazing! I can’t imagine what it would have been to eat it hot. Also, the vault is the best room to eat. D'aquest restaurant l'únic "dolent" que en puc dir es que està enmig del poble, si fos una masia apartada seria la perfecció. Un cop arribat a Collsuspina ens trobem Can Xarina, a la banda dreta del carrer principal, una antiga casa pairal amb parets de pedra vista. L'antiga entrada t'obre pas a la cort del bestiar la qual ara es fa servir de menjador. Aquest manté l'esencia antiga de la casa ja que seguim trobant-hi les parets de pedra vista i artefactes utilitzats en altres èpoques. Aquesta estança està molt ben aconseguida!! Un cop entrats dins el menjador t'aten molt amablement el personal de sala i et porta a la taula on degustar les viandes. Et prenen nota i ha començat el banquet! Primerament et porten un pa de veritat, res a veure al que venen en moltes classes de forns... aquest el pots sucar amb all, tomàquet o oli (també es pot barrejar tot) i un platet d'olives fetes a casa. Seguidament arriben els primers , aquests son senyors plats, per gent de vida que l'hi agrada el bon menjar! Els segons son igual de plens i bons. Fent especial atenció a la carn, es nota que saben el que fan! La carta de vi es molt completa i primen els negres, però realment tots els vins dels que disposen son molt adequats. Finalment les postres, aquí hi trobarem el toc dolç i ben bó de l'àpat. Després de passar una bona estona amb la parella o amics en aquest restaurant i haver ben menjat només puc dir que el recomano moltíssim i que no et farà quedar malament. Hi tornarem...
