By far one of the worst meals we have ever had, especially for the price. The lobster in the risotto was terrible, I had better shrimp at a restaurant down the road. The risotto itself was dry. The gnocchi was gum paste and inedible, the meat was not cooked as ordered. Worst of all, I could honestly 'deal' with food not cooked well, was that every single dish we ordered was COLD! Not even warm. We were so disappointed we skipped ordering dessert and didn't bother eating the free dessert bites. The following two mornings we had breakfast here also. The tea tower was the highlight, wherever they are ordering the pastries from is spot on because they were delicious! The rest of the food they made in house, again TERRIBLE! The eggs in the Benedict were undercooked and the potato omelette was pathetic. Yet again, both were cold. Whoever your "chef" is, do yourself a favor and fire him/her. We planned to eat dinner there both nights we stayed at the hotel but after the first night we went out of our way to eat elsewhere. We are at Radici and it...
Read moreI have to say that for the first time in a very long time I was very disappointed & dissatisfied with the overall experience. Menu was poor, they lack few items from the menu cart. The service didn’t explain the portions, nothing. I had scallops on green pees and I paid €39 for two scallops, a real rip off! Total joke! Main course was fish and there was no carbs with the meal. My friend had duck = 3-4 slices and pears and nothing else. We didn’t have desert. Only 3 tables were occupied so room felt weird. In relation to breakfast they run out of beacon. Again for a 5* restaurant in a beautiful hotel you can’t just run out of things. They charge fortune for a breakfast. It was €29. Just disappointed with everything in that restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it! I am sorry but for a place in the middle of nowhere you would expect more for the...
Vuélvete a subir y conduce...
