Marvellous family run restaurant in the heart of Consell offering top quality fare and delicious food at very reasonable prices for the excellence of their dishes. Their beef Wellington is, in my opinion, the best on offer in Mallorca - indeed, amongst the most delicious I've eaten. Judging by the comments by my companions, the fish dishes were equally good. Try their fish-stuffed pimentos in bèchamel sauce, and their excellent local snails with aill oli.

It's so easy to get the vegetables wrong.... here they pay attention to detail and therefore their freshness, crunchiness and taste shouts "eat me." Drink the locally produced Ribas wine because it's very good. Great atmosphere in a small but charming, quiet, relaxed and intimate restaurant with excellent attentive and charming service. You'd be hard pushed to find better outside the "best barrio" restaurant circle in Palma. But it's best to book a table, especially at busy times. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Maravilloso restaurante familiar en el corazón de Consell que ofrece comida de alta calidad y deliciosos platos a precios muy razonables por su excelencia. Su Boeuf Wellington es, en mi opinión, la mejor en oferta en Mallorca, de hecho, entre las más deliciosas que he comido. A juzgar por los comentarios de mis compañeros, los platos de pescado eran igualmente buenos. Pruebe sus pimientos rellenos de pescado en salsa bèchamel y sus excelentes caracoles locales con aill oli. Es muy fácil equivocarse con las verduras ... aquí prestan atención a los detalles y, por lo tanto, su frescura, crujiente textura y sabor gritan "cómeme". Bebe el vino Ribas de producción local porque es muy bueno. Gran ambiente en un pequeño pero encantador lugar, un tranquilo, relajado e íntimo restaurante con excelente servicio que es atento y simpático. A true hidden gem! We discovered Es Rústic through a recommendation and visited it on the first evening of our Mallorca holiday. We were so impressed that we immediately made a reservation for our last night as well – and both evenings turned out to be absolute highlights of our trip.

The restaurant is run by a lovely couple – she is the talented chef, and he takes care of the service with such warmth and passion. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming; you truly feel like a guest in their home.

The food is exquisite – elevated cuisine full of flavor and prepared with so much love and attention to detail. Every dish was a delight.

La semana pasada tuve la ocasión de cenar en Es Rústic, en Consell. Veníamos sin una ideas preconcebidas pero este pequeño restaurante nos sorprendió en todos los sentidos. La carta es muy variada y aunque los cuatro comensales probamos diferentes platos, todos eran perfectos. La recomendación del vino muy buena, el aceite casero, todos los detalles del local perfectamente cuidados en un ambiente rústico muy agradable. Tony y Aina son un equipo increíble y hacen que los comensales queden sorprendidos por un servicio tan completo en todos los sentidos y a un justo precio.

Last week I had the opportunity to dine at Es Rústic, in Consell. We came with no preconceived ideas but this small restaurant surprised us in every way. The menu is very varied and although the four of us tried different dishes, they were all perfect. The wine recommendation was very good, the olive oil homemade, all the details of the place perfectly cared for in a very pleasant rustic atmosphere. Tony and Aina are an amazing team and impress the guests with a service that is so complete in every way and at a fair price.

Letzte Woche hatte ich die Gelegenheit, im Es Rústic in Consell zu speisen. Wir kamen mit keinerlei vorgefassten Meinungen, aber dieses kleine Restaurant hat uns in jeder Hinsicht überrascht. Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich und obwohl wir vier verschiedene Gerichte kosteten, waren sie alle perfekt. Die Weinempfehlung war sehr gut, das Olivenöl hausgemacht, alle Details des Lokals perfekt gepflegt in einer sehr angenehmen rustikalen Atmosphäre.
