What a beautiful restaurant and what a beautiful experience. More than a restaurant, it felt like visiting your favourite uncle after Christmas. The owner—as already mentioned by others in their reviews—truly makes you feel welcomed. I'm a widow, and eating alone in restaurants can be quite hard sometimes. But today's experience just made me genuinely happy. A big thank you to the owner and the nice waitress. The food was amazing! I had fries as an entry, beer, and the grilled prawns. For dessert I had the cheesecake and that too was out of this world. I then enjoyed a little liquor before retreating into my camper, as I probably shouldn't drive for a while. Beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The host and hostess were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered. The food was delicious, and so nice to see something a bit different from the usual Spanish fare. We had the spinach salad, the cachopo de ternera and confit duck. We didn't have room for dessert, but the hostess brought us a little chocolate coulant to have with our coffee. A chance stop off on Saterday, but such a wonderful place to find. To the owner, a lovely lovely lady that will stay in my thoughts for a long time !!! Xx A very friendly, clean, well run, with lovely friendly staff as well. Food you will not fault. Just enjoy everything and leave with a good tip and a smile for all.
