Bar El Campús — Restaurant in Dénia

we went 3 times. the first time was around 3:20pm and they said they'd close at 4pm (which wasn't displayed here in the opening hours) and only serve us tapas. we solely wanted calamaris which were listed as tapas and were told "no" so we left. second visit at around 1pm, different server. very nice, fast and tasty food. calamaris for 5€ is cheap but they're good. third visit same day around 7:30pm, first server again. rude woman, always telling us they don't have the stuff on the menu or on signs at the entrance. milkshakes were mediocre. waited 20 minutes for the bill and then she put it on another table and ignored us...

El Campús is Valencian for "the countryside". It opened its doors (and terrace) in 1984. It is a very nice place, and much frequented, for people living in the bungalows and villas up on the Montgó mountain, but also many from Dénia go up, especially in the week-ends. Around 10 o'clock every morning of the work week, labourers, like e,g.. plumbers, electricians, constructors, garden and pool maintenance, gave their breakfast here.

ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT‼️👌 Wir waren heute Abend, als Familie (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder (12+9 Jahre)) dort Essen. SAU LECKER‼️😋 Wir ärgern uns, dass wir dieses "Restaurant", was eigentlich als "Bar El Campus" ausgeschrieben ist so spät erst entdeckt haben‼️🥲 Denn es liegt nur 800m von unserem Feriendomizil entfernt.

Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl. Wir waren von den Tapas angezogen worden.👌 Einfach nur lecker.😋 Die positiven Rezessionen treffen alle zu. Wir können dieses nur so bestätigen!👍 Wir saßen sehr gemütlich draußen unter einem Sonnenschutz und die Sonne ging am Horizont unter. Ein super gemütliches Ambiente. Der Service war sympathisch und freundlich. Gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Speisen waren für uns "Deutsche" richtig lecker und selbst unser 9-jähriger Sohn, dem man nicht immer alles recht machen kann, war so begeistert, dass er "nur noch da Essen gehen möchte"!😁 Also alles im ALLEM... schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal und sau leckeres Essen.👌 Was will man mehr⁉️ Wir werden unsere letzte Woche hier...
