Bar Restaurante GULA — Restaurant in Dénia

I ordered Pizza Salmon and Pizza Carbonara and used the Glovo app. Aside from 20 minutes late, the pizza came cold. Instead of Pizza Salmon, I got a cheaper/different pizza. I am not sure what pizza they shipped as there are only ham and ruccula with some sprinkled cheese. Pictures attached. I ordered on this pizzeria because of the Salmon pizza so it is disappointing.

I seek help from Glovo app and it only states "we apologize that you got incorrect product" and nothing else follows.

The best cheesecake I ever had in a restaurant 😋 Grilled chicken wings were also spectacular. And a separate reason to praise this place – their waiter. It was a busy time, but he was always here to help, very attentive, and ready to challenge (I wanted a homemade lemonade, they didn't have one, but we found a satisfying option). We also loved the location; it's very close to the bus station, and I felt horrible after the road, but this place just saved our day with its comforting food and warm welcome to the city. Mi experiencia es que me quedo anonadada cuando pedimos las consumiciones en barra, las pagamos al momento y hablamos con el camarero ya que lo conocemos de hace tiempo, y para nuestra sorpresa sale "la supuesta jefa" de la cocina a decirnos a nosotros los clientes, que cancelemos y nos vayamos porque estamos entreteniendo al camarero. A lo que nuestra respuesta fue que para empezar estaba todo pagado y para seguir no tenía porque venir a decir a un cliente que estaba entreteniendo a un camarero, que en todo caso debía decírselo a él ya que era el empleado y se supone (según ella, porque el chico en ningún momento ha dejado de hacer su trabajo) que se estaba entreteniendo. No me ha querido sacar la hoja de reclamaciones claro está porque no tiene nada a su favor que alegar...No se a que punto vamos a llegar pero por supuesto lo único que recomiendo a todo el mundo que pueda leer esto es que no se asome por allí.
