I wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone!! the worst customer service and experience i have ever had and have travelled for over 2 months now. They firstly wont even look at you if you aren’t ordering food that is the first thing they ask. We said we were getting food then they found us a table. The food was below average , deep fried and overcooked. The majority of the staff are rude and in a rush to overturn tables. The worst part was and i have never seen this behaviour in my life, an invalid man with a walking stick was waiting in line for a table when he said he was just getting a couple of drinks they said we cant seat you. The man needed to sit down, he had walked all the way down aswell. A lady then gave him a chair and seated him literally in a corner, no table, while they normally seat everyone else. This was beyond horrible to watch, so my friend and i asked the man if he would like to join our table rather then be in a corner with no table. For a place like Mallorca you should be ashamed of your treatment of people and overall service. To make matters worse (if that was even possible at this point) we did not drive and needed to call a taxi and the taxi driver did not speak english. We went to the staff a nice young boy and asked if he could simply explain in Spanish to the driver where to get us from. The daughter of the manager/ owner (i beleive) jumped in and yelled at the young boy and said no that is not your job and then yelled at us ‘No No No’ and waved her hands at us to go away, in the rudest manner. Safe to say we will never return to this cafe...

Maybe the worst restaurant experience ive ever gotten, I was there with 7 friends and after a long hike and swim we thought we should get something to eat, given this restaurant was our only choice we went to eat here. It says that the kitchen closes at 17:30, fair enough, so we came at 16:45. At first when we asked for a table te waiter told us of the bat that we where crazy for coming so late but he did gave us a table after all so from the start te customer service was a bit off. when another american family came for food after we've sat down they where surprisingly treated just normal and weren't told they are being crazy for coming so late. So when ordering a couple kinds of fish where unable to order because it ran out (that was his words), and it wasn't a big deal. but we weren't told that they weren't giving us the fries we where going to pay for, so after getting our food they we had to come to them to ask where our fries where and just then they told us they ran out while they said that the american family next to us got all there plates full of fries. and when we said we weren't going to pay the full price they magically summoned a full plate of fries and said we had to share it with 7 people. we asked to speak to the manager and when we said that the waiter told us we had to be scared of the manager because he was capable of harming us for some reason. So when we left we did came to an agreement after all and they took 2 euros from everyone of the bill, but still the worst restaurant experience i've ever had the 2 waiters that served us should be ashamed of...

Venturing down the winding coastal road the restaurant was an exhilarating journey, albeit a tad nerve-wracking due to its narrowness and abundance of hairpin turns. Despite the occasional traffic, our luck favored us as we promptly discovered a coveted parking spot. As we were ushered to our seats, mere inches away from the sea, the gentle mist from the crashing waves enveloped our faces, instantly immersing us in the captivating ambiance.

Opting for the grilled calamari accompanied by a refreshing salad and a side of delectable fries, any concern about the simplicity of the accompaniments quickly dissipated. The calamari itself showcased a remarkable quality, perfectly fried to achieve an impeccable texture and taste. Every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. To complement the meal, an ice-cold beer proved to be an ideal choice, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The waitstaff gracefully maneuvered through their bustling responsibilities, attentively catering to each guest's needs. Spain may be varied, but some things are as predictable as a sunrise tv host saying Good Morning. Here in Spain, the bread will usually be either supermarket bake at home rolls, or more likely a four, and water mix that is devoid of crumb, crust, stretch, or flavour. As it is here. The compari will be a sumptuous 50ml pour, which always takes the sting out of the bread stress. The fish will be a bream or bass, around 650g, split open and nicely cooked. As it is welcomly here. The view is wonderful, with all the seen scene, seen as wished by all. The staff are tired, and it's only June, and they only open 5 hours a day. The salad has tomatoes picked earlier than optimal and served at least a week before anything like flavour develops...thats why the cherry tomatoes are taking over like AI. Pleasant as a rental car, priced fairly enough.

I found the spot just fabulous. The views are very good and pretty (although the neighbor got the upper hand here). You can view the nice bay and the rocky beach and let the world go by. I highly recommend to call for a reservation in advance as the wait time can be up to 90 minutes for the lunch rush and even with reservation you'll have to wait but if you know what you're getting into its ok. It's extremely busy but the food arrived fairly fast and the service has been quite quickly too. The food was excellent for what it is, simple but undoubtedly fresh seafood just cooked right. No fuss. Highly recommended. The price is on the higher end but I think it's worth it.
