This restaurant opens at 12:30 for lunch but you are able to have a seat and wait and have drinks till they are open and able to seat you . We booked our reservation a month out and arrived 45 minutes early to our 12:30 reservation. Miguel insisted that we wait at the side table until our reservation time . We decided that we would wait in front until our reservation time to be seated at the right table instead of having to move or switch tables again. We then waited in hopes of getting seated near the edge or outer terrace with the views since we had the first reservation of the day . When it was about 12:15 Miguel suggested that we seat at the same table in the area for persons who were walk ins and didn’t have a reservation. When asked why we could not have seats near the water which were all open at the time we were told they were all reserved which made no sense considering that we arrived early and had a reservation that was booked a month out for 12:30pm. Other persons coming in at 1pm and onwards all got seats along the edge and near the water in the back while we felt like we were discriminated against by forcing us to seat in the no reservation area near the entry way . Miguel kept on being very rude to us and kept on having conversations with the owner and other staff members about us trying to justify his actions. We felt completely uncomfortable by him and the owner deliberately seating us there, considering that we were early and made to wait until our reservation time, only to end up sitting in the same entry way table which was offered to us during the waiting period . The other staff members were great in trying to accommodate us but Miguel for some reason insisted we got seated at that table . The drinks made by Ramon were deliciously great and the food was simply just ok for the overly priced portions and quality. Since we were seated poorly, I am unable to fully describe the ambience as we did not get to experience it . On our way out Miguel noticed my friend (Colombian) who was in the outdoor restroom while we waited on her outside and all of a sudden decided to service and clean the restroom and place the mop above her door which resulted in her having to hold the wet part of the mop with her hands to remove it in order to come out the restroom. We were a group of 3 who were quiet and patiently waiting the whole time . (1 Colombian 2 black/mixed girls). I literally had not spoken at all until it was my time to order because we were all just occupied in our phones while waiting . I would’ve loved to give this place a better review but the discrimination I felt after having a reservation and getting there early was...

The worst experience we’ve ever had but amazing view!!

We came here with high expectations but unfortunately had the worst customer experience we’ve ever faced in a restaurant.

We wanted to pay by card and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes because of a connection issue with their card machine. During this time, the staff member handling payments (not sure if he was the manager or not) offered no real solution, just kept trying with different cards, and then very rudely asked us if we even had money in our bank account. Completely unacceptable.

When my wife asked him what we should do after our fourth card failed, instead of politely explaining, he shouted that there was a sign saying “cash only.” That sign was barely visible at the entrance, and if it really was cash only, then why waste everyone’s time by trying with the machine for 30 minutes? A simple explanation upfront and a solution (like leaving ID and going to the ATM) would have been respectful.

What made it worse was how he behaved. He shouted at my wife but immediately went quiet when I stepped in — showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism, especially toward women. His aggressive tone, dismissive hand gestures, and constant switching back to Spanish (even though he clearly spoke English) made the situation even more unpleasant.

We also offered almost the full amount in cash (around €190 (because that was all we got with us) of a €216 bill), and he refused. Instead of trying to solve the issue, he continued being rude and argumentative. At one point I asked to speak with the manager, and he refused, so either he is the manager or he just didn’t want us to escalate further. Either way, this is not how a restaurant that charges premium prices should treat paying guests.

To be fair: • The view is beautiful. • The tuna tartare was very good (thanks to the kind waitress who recommended it). • Most of the other staff were polite and professional.

But because of this one extremely rude and aggressive man, our experience was ruined. For a €216 bill, above-average food, and such behavior, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Mallorca has plenty of wonderful places with amazing views and staff who actually know how to treat guests.

Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously, because no guest should ever be...

We visited here during our stay in Calla Millor and travelled all the way out to this restaurant. It is a unique venue with nice views. Thankfully we got a cliff site seat however we needed to secure this 10 days prior ( should there be no availability online, try midnight and see if you can secure it then).

The reason for the lower rating on this restaurant is for the following:

Location: the venue is very secluded where you need to drive down windy, narrow mountain roads ( scenery is fantastic ).

Parking: there is a carpark with approx 40 spaces ( all of which are paid parking which costs €5.60 for 3 hours) and is pay and display from 10.00 to 20.00. Trick is to go to the end and go to the roundabout and go up and down until you secure a spot. Carpark is a 5mins walk down hill to the restaurant near the port.

Payment: it is recommended to pay with cash as the network is very limited. They do offer card payment however, should. It fail - cash is needed. We got 2 x seabass, 2 coffees, 1 x beer and 1 x wine which cost us €78. This was a little costly considering a standard seabass would €10 cheaper elsewhere. So the advantage is taken here on the limited secluded location.

Food Quality: the fish was fresh and they advised it was caught fresh 24hrs ago. The reason for scoring the food quality is the way it was cooked. It was very very oily and the oil sat in the middle of the fish. Perhaps it would be worth removing as much oil as possible before serving.

Overall, we felt the restaurant is more built up than what is expected. I wanted to leave an honest review for others. We attended there on a Tues at approx 18.00 and they already had a lot of dishes out of stock. So it could be limited choices in the evening sittings.

It is worth a visit for the drive and scenery. It is worth keeping in mind that is a bit of a walk and nice to see it.

Pros: good service friendly staff nice views

Cons: not wheelchair accessible limited menu choices due to out of stock prices are high for what's worth far too oily fish

Would recommmend for the scenery, food could be nicer and can be improved. This is a...
