Piropos Beach - Guingueta en el Masnou — Restaurant in el Masnou

I’ve been here twice. Shame the food in these type of places is never consistent. First day I went for lunch and had tacos and nachos and they were good but had to wait for ages to get a second round of service running.

Today we came back for dinner and we found everything was a bit bland. The pulled pork bocadillo was just that literally just bread and pork. No sauces, onion or lettuce. The spot is nice and clean (except for the wondering rat we saw sneaking in the toilettes as it was getting dark) but that has nothing to do with the Chiringuito. However it was just gross to see such a big disgusting thing roaming around. Maybe the council could help with such issues?.

Overall it’s and OK place that could be great if only they were able to maintain the quality of their food...

Half of the things on the menu they can't offer or dont have and when you ask for solutions they offer none apart from making you buy additional dishes. Service is slow because they are understaffed and unprepared for when the meal rush starts. On top of everything communication between workers is terrible as we were told a dish was available and then another informed that was not true. Food is good but not worth the amount they make you pay. Slow and inconsistent service, rude in some instances. Out of a year they probably work 4 months and they can't even do it right....

Personas como la encargada de este chiringuito son las que hacen que el oficio que desempeña sea menospreciado y mal remunerado. Eres una antipática y grosera, te recuerdo que tratas con el PÚBLICO y que si no te gusta lo que haces ninguna de las 22 personas que estábamos ahí PAGANDO tenemos la culpa.

Si querías irte pronto haberlo dicho cuando hicimos la reserva, no deliberadamente decirnos a las 22:30 que no cerrabas a la 1:00 sino a las 24:00 y encima como si fuera aquello un comedor social, tu actitud fue por decirlo menos maleducada y clasista.

Encima tergiversas la verdad en la respuesta a mi reseña.

La reserva fue hecha con tiempo (una semana de hecho)

No estábamos en la playa, fuimos directo al establecimiento.

Ninguno de nosotros insulto a nadie, ante la antipatía y groserías de la encargada nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

Si os interesa algo más que la pasta que hacéis cobrando el triple por los productos que vendéis haced una reunión con todos los empleados y pregunta a quien teneis de encargada, eso si aún no lo sabes.

Normal que con esta sarta de mentiras os queráis defender, lo bueno es que la gente que vaya a Piropos se dara cuenta de lo que hay.

Menos mal ya queda menos para que acabe la temporada, podréis iros a descansar, que es la imagen de dais, de gente cansada que paga sus frustraciones con sus comensales y eso amig@s no lo vais a...
