Our unfortunate pit stop and lunch break during our return from a trip led us to a dining experience that would linger in my memory as the worst culinary encounter I've had throughout Tenerife. From the dingy establishment to the repulsive food, this was far from an enjoyable experience.

The cutlery and glasses were far from clean, setting the tone for what was to come. The first course offered a choice between soup or salad, and we opted for the latter. Little did we know that the "salad" would consist of cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and carrot, devoid of any dressing. It took a while before we were provided with single-use plastic containers of olive oil. The second course featured a variety of meats to choose from, and we settled on chicken. Our expectations of accompaniments like potatoes, fries, or coleslaw were swiftly shattered when we were presented with a lone chicken piece placed unceremoniously in the center of the plate. Dry, tasteless, and full of bones, each bite was a reminder of our regrettable decision.

As we hoped dessert might salvage our meal, we were greeted with another disappointment. Ice cream arrived in plastic packaging, reminiscent of a hospital setting. The service was no saving grace either. Despite ample available seating, we were seated at a table with strangers, further dampening our experience.

Niestety ale nie jestem w stanie wystawić więcej niż jedną gwiazdkę dla tej restauracji. Kocham kuchnię Hiszpańską, a przede wszystkim klimat w jakim się ją serwuje. Niestety ale ani klimatu ani smaku tutaj nie zaznałem. Wracaliśmy z wycieczki objazdowej gdzie przewodnik polecił zatrzymanie się i skorzystanie z opcji „menu” za 15€ gdzie mieliśmy otrzymać w cenie tego picie, przystawkę, drugie danie oraz deser. Po wejściu do restauracji nikt nie komunikował się w języku angielskim, zostaliśmy przydzieleni do stołu jak w stołówce szkolnej. Część z nas dostała zupę, a część sałatkę. (Nie było żadnego wyboru) Następnie część osób otrzymała jako drugie danie zestaw (do wyboru kurczak, wieprzowina) mięso z frytkami i zestawem surówek, a osoby anglojęzyczne otrzymały dwa małe kawałki kurczaka i na cały stół (4 osoby) 4 ziemniaki, na osobym talerzu (1 na osobę)… 🤡 Dosłownie… Liczyliśmy na to, że może „deser się obroni”. Kelner przyniósł nam najtańsze lody, które były totalnie naszprycowane chemią.

Ogólnie, jestem zawiedziony i to nie było absolutnie...

No se puede poner menos 0, si no se lo pondríamos a todo. Fuimos con una excursión, ya pedían en el autobús decidir si se comparte carta o menú. El camarero un impresentable, las mesas ya con el postre puesto en ella antes de sentarse . Plátano. Un menú de 15 euros compartiendo mesa con personas que ni conoces. El rancho estaba aceptable , la carne más dura que los pies de un santo . Le dijimos sino se podía pedir otro postre y nos dijo que helado , tirándo la tarrina encima de la mesa de mala manera . Fraude total en todo , no sé quién se llevará ahí el % que corresponda por parar las excursiones, pero ya que viven de los turistas por el sitio en el que está, podrían tener una comida más decente. No lo recomendamos en absoluto . Mejor llevar bocata y comer...
